Location, ambience, price, staff always smiling and helpful.
Breakfast dishes fairly limited and never kept hot.
Quite a small hotel and in most rooms the window looked straight at the wall of the hotel built a few feet away. An effort had been made to make an attractive outlook though so it wasn't too bad. A nice quiet street but handy to everything - cafes, tailoring shops etc. Pleasant place to stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : So much to see from hoi an and some very good value day trips on offer from various tour operators. pays to go to a few to compare prices - some include entrance fees and lunch in total price and some not so. Nut that out first and get it in writing so there aren't any problems at the end of the tour.

breakfast was rather poor.
Just a little walk away from the center of Hoi Anh this hotel offers decent facilities. Unfortunately the breakfast was quite poor but you can really survive. Outside the hotel you have got the chance to rent bikes for a three mile ride to the beach. Trips to My Son ruins are perfectly organized by the hotel staff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Just take a walk to Hoi Anh's beautiful center and let the atmosphere of the town overwhelm you.
