Hotel is located on the river. Good selection at breakfast, very attentive and friendly staff. Pool area is nice, lots of chairs and umbrellas for those who want to sun and those who want to stay in the shade. Grounds are well-maintained and relaxing. Wifi signal is not strong in every room, but they moved us to a room where it was better. Internet is not fast, but that is a VN problem and not the hotel's. Adjust your expectations accordingly. Located close to the downtown area for sightseeing and dining.

We had a delightful stay. Breakfast was the best spread of all the hotels we stayed in Vietnam. The garden surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. And it was a very short walk to all the restaurants and shopping. Also the staff were really helpful, especially with organising tours and even flights.

We stayed in Hoi An 5 years ago down the beach/River location and found it too far away from the hub of Hoi An so we decided to stay closer this time with our friends. We all wished we could stay longer. The resort was beautiful, offering a few different activities or arranging tours. Staff were very helpful with great advice and easy to communicate with. Thank you for our memories.

The hotel was slightly out of the main area of the old town. However, this was nice as it was very quiet. The rooms were large, although a bit dank due to the humidity and somewhat old. Although given the price, this was not unexpected. The afternoon "street food" tasting was great and even included some rice wine sampling. Overall, a nice hotel and would stay there again.

Our, short, stay at the resort was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They run a little market in the afternoons where you can have a free sample of local food (and the potent rice wine). The gardens are pretty, it's generally just a very nice place to relax. Just a 5 minute walk from the the main part of the old town. Only critisism is that it took us a while to find it on our arrival (we walked from the bus station).Although that was mainly because the directions in the Lonely Planet guide tell you to turn left when you should turn right.
