Che P. Couples Hong Kong, February 12, 2013	Wonderful hotel Excellent service, excellent ambience, beautiful beach 9.3 The staff are very attentive but not intruding. A very quiet location at the border of an excellent beach. The food is very good. We are very thankful for the excellent arrangement made by the staff for my wife's birthday. As a very new hotel, it is expected that the service could be further improved in future when the staff are getting more familiar with the facilities and different types of customers. After all, it was a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

Couples Switzerland, April 05, 2013	Grossartiges Luxus-Resort mit viel Luft nach oben Wunderschöne Anlage, Ausstattung der Villa, toller Strand 7.3 Wunderschöne Anlage mit tollen Villen und viel Umschwung (Sala, Terrasse). Das Resort wurde erst vor wenigen Monaten eröffnet und es bleibt noch einiges zu tun, um den gewohnten Banyan Tree Standard zu erreichen: _Klimaanlage lief in der ersten Nacht gar nicht _Stromausfall in der Villa mitten in der vierten Nacht (kein Licht, keine Klimaanlage, kein Telefon, kein Internet), blieb vom Personal unbemerkt und wurde am folgenden Tag nach Meldung umgehend behoben. _Am dritten Tag fiel der Wasserstand des Whirlpools um mehr als die Hälfte. Als Konsequenz wurde der private Pool nicht mit Frischwasser versorgt. Die Behebung des Problems dauerte mehrere Stunden. Die Frischwasserversorgung funktionierte danach immer noch nicht, der Pool konnte während 2 Tagen (bis zu unserer Abreise) nicht genutzt werden. _Am fünften Tag fiel die Kaltwasserversorgung der Villa aus: Waschbecken, Dusche, Badewanne, Outdoor-Dusche, Toilettenspülung. Mit Ausnahme des Whirlpools/Pools wurden alle Mängel nach Meldung umgehend behoben. Trotzdem ist es mühsam, wenn man praktisch jeden Tag, manchmal mehrmals, einen Mangel feststellt und melden muss. Das Personal ist bemüht, jedoch mangelt es an Englischkenntnissen, welche die Kommunikation erheblich erschweren und teils zu Missverständnissen führen (eine gewünschte Tour wurde versehentlich nicht gebucht. Man sei davon ausgegangen, dass wir es uns noch überlegen würden). Trotzdem, wir würden das Resort weiterempfehlen, da wir überzeugt sind, dass der gewohnte Banyan Tree Standard angestrebt und sicher auch erreicht wird. Die Ausstattung der Villen sowie die Anlage als Ganzes entsprechen auf jeden Fall dem Banyan Tree Standard. Mit technischen Mängeln muss man vielleicht bei Neueröffnungen rechnen, wobei uns nicht bekannt ist, ob auch andere Gäste solchen Problemen begegneten. Ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen: WiFi in der Limousine vom Flughafen zum Resort, Flasche Champagner zum Abendessen offeriert.

Couples China, February 21, 2013	安静的度假小屋安静、乡村、独立的私家海湾 7.3 落成不久的兰珂悦榕庄坐落在一个群山环抱的独立海湾边，距离岘港机场约1个半小时的车程。整个海湾由Laguna整体开发，另外还拥有一个Angsana酒店和高尔夫球场。因地处偏僻的山谷海湾，没有村庄和任何其他商业开发，兰珂悦榕庄是一处远离尘世安静所在。与前面住过的Nam Hai对比，悦榕庄的设施堪称简陋，虽具浓郁本地乡村风格，但绝无此收费水准应予提供的奢华体验。酒店自助早餐还算丰富，午餐的意大利餐厅味道也不错。值得称赞的是酒店提供的顺化古城一日游，虽价格不菲，但导游水准堪称五星，中午提供的午餐是一流的当地美食。 Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: 顺化古城非常值得游览
