-excellent location -nice big clean rooms with balcony with excellent city views -good breakfast choice

-staff somewhat indifferent to guests

Good value hotel with large spacious rooms. Walking distance from most major attractions in Hue. Good nearby restaurants and bars serving excellent food. Breakfast served on top floor with a good choice. As a negative laundry/dry cleaning is very expensive at the hotel. Would definately stay here again.

Clean, tidy rooms. Very well located. Pleasant staff.

Uninspiring decor and staff uniforms make it feel like a budget hotel whereas the facilities suggest otherwise.

I had a very comfortable three night stay at the Camellia Hue hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive but maybe less so than in budget hotels I had stayed in whilst in Hoi An. The breakfast was nicely prepared with a good selection and the view over Hue is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again as it is a very comfortable, although maybe slightly uninspiring hotel.

Hotel Feature Tip : The internet available at the hotel is excellent and, I don't know if it's policy, but I wasn't charged for any of the pages I printed for flight and hotel bookings.

breakfast, great staff, location, very clean, quiet, great view, well decorated, good value, fast internet

staff sometimes a little TOO overbearing.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, the rooms are extremely stylish and well decorated. The breakfast was the best buffet I've ever had, loads to choose from and very high quality. If we ever go to Hue again we will stay here.
