THE LOCATION ON THE RIVER WAS GREAT WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERTHING POOL AREA WAS KEPT REALLY CLEAN MASSAGE IN THE HOTEL VERY GOOD

THE ROOMS WERE VERY STARK AND BASIC WALKED RIGHT INTO THE BED WHEN YOU OPENED THE DOOR INTERNET NOT ALWAYS WORKING VERY HOT TO SIT AND USE YOU HAD TO ASK FOR THE AIRCON TO BE PUT ON HOTEL UNDER RENOVATION STAFF HOVERING AROUND TOO MUCH WHILE YOU ATE BREAKFAST

THE HOTEL WAS IN A GOOD POSITION ON THE RIVER WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERTHING HOTEL WAS BEING PAINTED AND FURNITURE EVERY WHERE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY ENOUGH BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD PLENTY OF VARIETY TWO VERY GOOD INDIAN RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY POOL AREA VERY GOOD BUT BAR WAS UNDER REPAIR AND NO ONE AROUND TO TAKE ANY DRINK OR FOOD ORDERS ROOMS COULD BE DECORATED A BIT BETTER VERY PLAIN BUT ON THE WHOLE NOT A BAD HOTEL

Travel tip : TWO GREAT INDIAN RESTAUANTS OMAR INDIAN WITH IN WALKING DISTANCE ALSO MAKE SURE YOU AGREE ON THE PRICE OF THE CYCLOS PER PERSON AS THEY GET REALLY ANGRY AND ALWAYS WANT MORE MONEY AND NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE

On the river, and the pool was nice

Staff...reception was very helpful. The breakfast staff was a bit unattentive.

The room was lovely except for a big mirror the was the largew part of one of the walls. Everything works and was clean. The hotel location was great because you could walk to almost anything you wanted. It's right next to the boat pier as well...make sure to take a tour with one of the dragon boats. Overall, the hotel was nice but a bit pricey for what it was. It seems quite characterless, but still ornate in a sense.

Travel tip : Eat at the Indian restaurant down the street from the hotel. A bit pricier than others but well worth. Our best meal in all of Vietnam!

Great location and friendly staff. Also, nice pool and good buffet breakfast.

Overpriced given the amount of competition in the town. Gym was completely useless as all the equipment was very old. The place could really do with a thorough renovation.

Overall, I would not stay here again as even though the hotel was fine, there are so many hotels / hostels in Hue. It would probably be better if you simply turn up at various other places and negotiate a better rate, especially during the quieter times of the year. However, if you are hell bent on a river view, then perhaps you would find that this place is worth the money.

Restaurant Tip : Cheap, good quality food and drink plus friendly English speaking staff can be found across the street and down one of the lanes at "Missy Roo's".
