friendly welcome and shown to our large suite. as we were enroute to hoi an they offered to book bus tickets for us which we accepted - mistake - the company they used was very poor indeed - and they told us we did not need tickets - you do - anyway the result was that the hotel provided a private car to take us to hoi an which was an excellent gesture on their part. they recognised their mistake and rectified immediately. there was a lack of water pressure whilst we were there but they said the issue was in hand we would stay there again

a great stay, totally relaxing. good staff, we liked it so much we were going to extend our stay but could not because they were full. nice restaurant and others nearby. would recommend to all.

great location for both hue attractions and the bar and restaurant district. rooms could do with refirbishment to bring them up in standard. breakfast very very asian, rice, noodles, stir fried veg.

Lovely hotel with big room
Located at great location. The hotel front looks grand and nice.

i love to stay at this hotel. the room is big and nice. a lot of good restaurants just a short walk across the hotel. breakfast at the hotel is good. walking distance to citadel. there are nice places to go to around the hotel area.

We liked it a lot here, rented bicycles accross the street, made a nice tour on the Perfmue river, visited temples and relaxed in the nice swimmingpool. Beuatiful view over the river! Good restaurants very nearby.

really nice hotel, probably wouldn't make 4 stars in Europe, but clean with nice pool, good breakfast buffet and helpful stuff.
The location is great, overlooing the river and a short trip to the old city, but right by the tourist area with the bars, restuarants and travel agents. Only downside was a lack of a really good bar.

A bit dispointed coz furniture is too old , balcony always wet coz air-con water drop ...
Nightlife Tip:
Front of hotel is alot of food and coffee bar for drink and open quite late .

Isolated beach cabin
Isolated, few guests,maway from the tourist trail

Great stay, we were there for three nights and enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the islands
Travel tip:
Ask for a bungalow on stilts so you have a view of the island
