If you want a cheap place to stay, it's ok. We've stayed at a lot of the 'budget' places in Vietnam, and this one was ok, but not as promised on the web site.
Also, we had a lot of trouble getting them to accept the Agoda payment. That took an hour or two of emails, support, and phone calls.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Rent a bike and go to the Citadel area in the morning over the bridge. It is a beautiful ride in the early morning.
