I get a really good room, complete with desktop computer. The hotel staff recommend that the city tour really prefect, easy for us to run our smooth vacation at Hue.

This hotel was really great! We somehow got the family poolview deluxe suite and had a huge rroom with terrace and direct access to the pool which was amazing, the breakfast was reaall good and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Overall, a great family run hotel.
First night, was graded to the family room as they were full. Furniture is those traditional lacquer wood. A very orient feel. However, the room is a little dirty on the floor, slippers were provided.
Receptionist has very good command of english.
Clean swimming pool.
Ala carte buffet breakfast.
Clean toliet, the toliet for the double room is slight small.
No free mineral water provide in the room. It is at a nominal fee.
Computer provided in the room.
Walking distance to a key streets of restaurant catered to tourist

Restaurant Tip:
Try the restaurant Hang Me (not Hang Me Me), it provide local hue banh dishes. Try them all at this restaurant! Cos they only sell banh dishes, with local eating and taking away from there. We went there twice throughout our two nights at hue.
We booked the private car trip through the hotel and it is reasonably priced and a good Japanese car provided. Note: don't expect a tour guide cum driver. The driver don't speak good English.

The service from every member of staff is fantastic - always friendly and helpful. They all seem to go out of their way for all the hotel guests and it makes a huge difference.
The location of the hotel is very good- very central but down a quiet side-street, away from the noise.
The rooms are of a good standard, always very clean and well-kept, and are very good value for the price.
It's very hard to find fault with this place!

The location is good, it's possible to do everything by foot.
The staff have nice restaurant tips, ask them!!
