Clean room, very helpful staff, rose petals on the bed on arrival
Elevator made for 2 (actually quite interesting more than con)But if you are larger than the average westerner you may want to consider the stairs
Service was great, although they are a little strong on pushing tours, you aren't forced into them but you are reminded every time you walk past the desk in the day time.
Service is exceptional and staff speak understandable English. Lovely rooms, not spacious but not cramped either, close to Imperal city and many many tailors

Room is bright, spacious, clean with new furniture.
Toiletries were provided (wasn't expecting this from a budget hotel)
Roses + rose petals on the beds were a very nice touch.
Very friendly staff
The lift is too tiny. Dining area can be bigger.
Me and my travel companion stayed one night (1 Nov 09)at Hue Holiday Hotel. When we first stepped into the room, we were pleasantly surprised to see exactly what we saw in the photographs on the website - bright and clean room with clean bedsheets and the stalk of rose + rose petals on the beds. Very nice touch indeed :-). If any of our friends go to Hue, we will definitely recommend Hue Holiday Hotel. Very good value for money.
Restaurant Tip : We loved the spring rolls at Ong Tao Restaurant nearby.
