Breakfast was good, staff were very helpful. Room was good for the price
We stayed here for 3 days, close to everything, room was clean
Restaurant Tip : We ate at the Bloom restaurant around the corner every day. It was excellent and the staff very helpful plus money goes to helping kids.

It was out of our expectation for being a 2 stars hotel. This hotel is very clean and very comfortable for us to stay for the past 3 days. Lots of local good restaurant within 10 mins of walkign distant such as Bun Nam, Pho Bo..etc. Staff was very nice and even offered us breakfast even we arrived at 9am for checked in. This is the only hotel allows earlier check in and with breakfast. Staff is very helpful especially one evening was pretty bad flood on the road to the hotel, the staff was trying to drain the water for my family to pass thru. At the end, the staff was directing my family with an alternative "route" without getting their feet wet - KUDOS to the staff !!!
The way to the hotel will be flooded when rain if you are not the experienced folks in thi area, you will be starting to wonder what to do till the water drains out. The lift was pretty small to even accommodate 3 asian, but my family were having fun when using the lift as we have never get such closest before we stay here. Breakfast is simple except the fried egg/omelet can be further improved by using less oil. it was a deep deep fried egg. not a big deal base on the price we paid.
I like this hotel and i will stay in this hotel again as the hotel is pretty clean and comfortable with the room. I shared this with my friend tonight over dinner and strongly recommend them to stay in this budget 2 star hotel. The tour arragement by the front desk was hassle free and reasonable trip (except private trip). We spent 9 days in Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang and Mui Ne, this is the best hotel given the price we paid.

Great location, great staff, great price
I am a budget traveller and therefore am used to disappointments. This was not one of them. Walking up the alley to this hotel I thought "Here we go again". Not so. Once inside you are struck by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Location is good and tour arranged by the hotel v, good value for money.No dining facilities ---so what. I like to try restaurants in towns anyway
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you are getting the afternoon train get a tour on another day or ypu will miss your train like I did and have to take an uncomfortable bus
