Good Hotel, Over looking the Perfume River
8
We only stayed one night at this hotel but thought it was in a good location to discover the local area and have a stroll along the river. The rooms were clean and spacious but looked a bit dated. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of asian and western food. The staff the were really helpful and welcoming. The only downside was that room was described as a "delux garden view", however we didn't have much of a view....not even a garden!Overall a good hotel, good value for money and would recommend this to other travellers.

Charming hotel decorated in traditional Hue style.
Overlooking the Perfume River.

the friendly, english-speaking staff cannot do enough to serve you -- and cyclos and taxis out front are always there to take you wherever you need to go. beautiful bamboo, cane and red lacquer interior. this is a hotel where everything 'works'.
Travel tip:
The hotel will arrange pickups from the airport or train station.

This hotel is well situated, but could use some renovations. It looks old, but it was clean. Pitty was the loud music of the bar which have wake you up at 6am in the morning.
Make sure, you take rover view, but from right building! Amazing.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Les Jardins du Carambole at Hue (not Le Carambole). Great!

Great location, old furnishing with renovations
Location is good, walk to imperial city

We are on our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a suite which has a spacious sitting areas. That is great. Our only con is that the furnishing / seats were a bit old. Is good for us as we only stayed for a night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk to imperial city about 15 min.

Absolutely perfect
Service, cleanliness and style
9.7
We were amazed at how wonderful this hotel was. Staff are so friendly but know when to give you your space as well. Rooms are immaculate and the decor is stunning. Perfect location in hue. But don't rely on the wifi
Hotel Feature Tip:
Opt for a river view, it's worth it

it was a great stay with Huong Giang Hotel Resort & Spa: very good breakfast with all kinds of food, very friendly and helpful staff , very good organization for further traveling, the position of the hotel is directly in the center so that you can go everywhere by foot. It is close to the river so that you can enjoy the view while sitting in the restaurant.

in the middle of Hue
good location, friendly staff

I have been there with friends on a Vietnam trip. The hotel itself is quite nice and clean but you can see that it was build a few centuries ago. The style is not my favourite but you can't complain about the rooms. They were spacious and the bathroom was nice and big as well. The breakfast buffet is awesome.

Old style huge hotel. Very comfortable!
location, hotel spa were excellent

The rooms are v spacious and comfortable. The hotel spa is affordable and quite relaxing. Breakfast wasn't bad either. Instead of having your lunch/dinner at the hotel's restaurant, walk for 10 mins outside and find a restaurant called 'Confetti'. Well worth the $$.
