There was something wrong with our reservation. The check-in clerk told us that the hotel never got our reservation from Agoda. I tend to believe she was right. After a little discussion, she gave us free internet instead of having us wait there while she got instruction from her supervisor. A very good move. We were given a nice "corner" room so that we got two sets of windows to look at the river and city in different angles.
Hotel Feature Tip : Try the spa. The prices are reasonable and also very comfortable spa room.
