Unbelievable Value for Money

This hotel is really amazing. I was really sceptical when I saw the price but it well surpassed my expectations.
we couldn't believe it when we had functioning WIFI, air-conditioning AND hot water. When you stay somewhere this cheap you expect to have a few misses but, for us, it was spot on.
The staff was really friendly and they weren't upset when we booked our motorcycle tour AND our transport out of the city with someone else. They are located right next door to Cafe on THU wheels which is well known for it's excellent tours(see lonely planet).
My only criticism of this place would be that they don't offer a lot of tours which means you're obligated to look elsewhere but the Cafe on THU wheels right next door means you don't have to look far.
I would recommend this place to anyone. I don't think it will be this cheap for long.

Bed making was not good.
The refrigerator is always on. The front were friendly and could speak English.

We had a great stay! Such cheap rooms perfectly clean, water very hot, elevator, great helpful staff, best resturants in town just outside. We couldn't have asked for anything better! Will definantly stay again.

Probably wouldn't stay there again, the colour of the water was brown couldn't have a bath or shower, we had to go to our friends hotel to shower, the rooms have balconies, but you couldn't sit on them as there was no table and chairs. Also the mattress smelled of smoke.

Friendly staff- untill the last moment: A guy from the reception tried to organanize a taxi for us: his brother for a fixed price. There was no way to call an official taxi. Spoiled the good experience with the hotel a little bit!

By far the best value for money I've experienced in SE Asia. The room was immaculate, large and included a fridge and TV. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is an elevator. When I left for a 3 day trip around Hue, they let me leave my bags at reception at no additional charge until I came back to pick them up. The price was perfect and compared to other comparative SE Asia hotels this one was a steal. Don't hesitate. Book here and you won't regret it.

Only stayed 1 night but they let us check in early. Rooms were nice for what you pay. Good location. Helpful staff. Overall good budget accommodation in a good location. Would stay again if ever in the area.

We stayed here as the price was reasonable and the reviews were good. We had a easy check in and we were surprised at how large the room was, and the added bonus of a bath too! Our room didn't quite look like the professional photos but I didn't expect it to. The rooms were clean and the balcony large. We also had a TV with decent channels and a fridge, a tea pot and cups but no kettle so you had to go down to reception for hot water ( we were on the top floor). The staff were friendly but had limited English, they also booked our open bus tour ticket for us. The negative of the hotel is that they were demolishing a building directly opposite so pneumatic drilling would start at 0700 and would last for hours, then the sledge hammers would come out so it was extremely noisy most of the day. I can only imagine this noise will last for a while as they will also be rebuilding the hotel/ restaurant. Our room was cleaned daily and were given fresh towels. Overall a nice stay but I wouldn't stay here until the building had finished!
