Lovely staff
Very clean and well appointed rooms
Great location about 20 mins walk from the Citadel and very close to restaurants and cafes
We loved this hotel - no cons
The staff are very friendly and upgraded our room for the first night to ensure that we could get into the room after an all night train journey. The service was excellent including a range of DVD's, ever smiling staff and great rooms. We stayed in a deluxe room for one night and a standard room for the second night. The main difference was size and internet access in your room. If you are a business traveller or blogger go for the larger room as it is only a few USD extra but if you are internet addicted give yourself a break and stay in a standard! Loved this hotel and wopuld highly recommend it.
Restaurant Tip : La Carambole restaurant was wonderful and does an excellent fixed price menu and offers French wine at a good price and a plate of French cheeses if you are missing them!

The hotel staff was very friendly and even joking around. We were lucky to be upgraded, because we had to change our reservation a week before, so they gave us a family room, since all the room in our category were taken for the same price as the superior room. We had an Internet in the room, but also there were two PC in the Lobby. The breakfast was good too and as already mentioned everything was very clean.
Also they helped us with booking our trips. And they have some good offers for private cars going to Hoi An, which was for two people the same price than taking the train, but much more comfortable and we had the opportunity to make some stops for taking pictures. But you also should know, that all the buses and private car in Vietnam make at least one stop at a shop, where they try to sell you souvenirs, but i think they have got to.
Restaurant Tip : If you like some good seafood where a lot of Vietnamese go, than you should try: Quynh Huong, 133 Nguyen Sin Cung. It is in walking distance to the Hotel (ca. 1, 3 km) they have got a english menu, good prices, very polite and we had one of our best meals at that place!

Big Room, Super friendly staff - very helpful, computer and free internet in room, fruit basket and cakes daily left in room, free upgrade to family room
Breakfast was average, in room internet slow but free internet in the lobby.
From the moment we stepped in this hotel the staff were super friendly and so helpful. We were given a free upgrade to a huge room with a king and single bed and flowers sprinkled all over the beds, we were always left some present in the way of fruits or cakes. The hotel is in the middle of the restuarant and bar district with so many choices close by also. The citadel and markets are close enough to walk otherwise only a few minutes in a cyclo. Would definately stay again
Restaurant Tip : Tropical Gardens restaurant and Chilli Red are both excellent food and a few doors from the hotel in either direction, further down the street is brown eyes bar with buy 1 get 1 free cocktails and free pool
