Amazingly friendly staff and a lovely room

We only stayed here two nights, but we were refreshed after. The staff literally cannot do enough to help you and they brought you a basket of fresh fruit everyday (maybe this was only for Superior rooms - but the difference in price at the time was about a pound...). It's close to some good restaurants and only a 40 minute or so walk to the Forbidden City - but if it's hot, get a bike. Clean, well-manned, fast internet and real value for money - The Orchid is a great place to be based for the couple of days you'll need to see Hue.

Comparing to any other hotels we stayed in Vietnam, Orchid Hotel is the only professional hotel with very good service mind. The hotel staff is very impressive, very available and just great. We completely recommend this hotel. It is also suitable for traveller with young kids or senior citizens.

Attentive staff, very nice buffet for the breafast, but be aware that if you find a good promotion on agoda it might be because your rom doesn't have a window anyway the design of the room is fine and you are here to be out running between the temples, aren't you

high quality hotel, staff were very friendly, a bit over-friendly at times, was very fake if we were to have any complaints, also they got less friendly the longer we stayed there. Very rude as we were checking out, looking at all our personal imformation.
