Staff were pleasant and helpful, The room was clean . The price was good. When I wanted to extend my stay for another day they would not let me pay the Internet price . I had to pay $20.00 more My husband and I arrived and were pleasantly surprised at the nice decor in the lobby. The staff were friendly,helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel to family's also. The restaurant was very clean and was one of the best we have stayed at.

Room was very clean and spacious. Seemed more appropriate for a business trip then a holiday hotel. Hotel was in a good location for the attractions (citidel) but I found that these are about 1-2km from hotel. The disadvantage was that it was about another 1-2 km from the restaurant area.

nice room, clean, pool, good food at restaurant some employees at the reception didn't speak a word of english. For that kind of hotel, it is unacceptable.

Poor English of the personnel, names of guests put on show - should not be done. The spa no good, no knowledge of spa activities, expensive, no English skill. Breakfest table only on Sundays, otherwise you had to order. Not a good idea. Should be improved, also service in the restaurant. New hotel, clean and nice
Travel tip : You have to take a taxi to get to sightseeing or dining elsewhere

Good Location, nice rooms, great for a family, polite staff Dinner not wonderful and out of many things We were suprised and pleased with the hotel. Our rooms were lovely and looked out over the pool and a park. It was an easy walk to the touristy area, but nice to be away from it. Found the staff helpful and courteous. Was a little surprised how quiet the restaurant was in the evening and then they were out of most of the desserts.

Eat at little Italy - theres 2 chains, go to the one with the dmz cafe.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The city tour is kinda boring. I suggest seeing 1 tomb instead of 3. Citadel is a must. Go eat at little Italy - good food.

The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes walk from the Zidatelle away. You need in the city about 15 minutes on foot. We have done this but not as disturbing. Alternatively, taxis are everywhere, motor bikes or Rischkas available. The breakfast buffet was ok. However, we have already enjoyed richer and the staff was to our taste for inattentive. That was the Crew Reception very competent, friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were so good as not visited us and have not necessarily addressed. The rooms were modern and clean. Our request to the hotel was comfortable, quiet rooms and a clean pool to cool down. This we have found here.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the location of this hotel is ideal for the Citadel to visit.
