Great location and lovely hisorical feel.
None, loved our stay there.
The Saigon Morin is a lovely historical place that takes you on a journey with the old photographs and the furnishings to match. We had a family of five and had a great time in Hue, the pool was fantastic for the kids, the massages were well priced, the gym was also pretty good. The location was fantastic, we walked to all restaurants and the old quarter and taxi's were easy to get out the front door. We would definitely come and stay again and would recommend anyone to stay there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We took mopeds to see the Ming Mang temple, it was difficult to ride through Hue at first but we had a great time once we got used to it. The temple was great to see and to access it by motorbike was a bonus as the trip there was lovely.

position, garden restaurant, balcony on to the street overlooking the river, silk embroidery on display, pool area. spaciousness of the rooms, tour organisation, historical photos. ambiance, staff extra friendly especially waitstaff couldnt do enough for us.
Cant really think of any.Probably the airport pick up was quoted as 3 times more expensive than the bus we caught at $8.00US as opposed to $25US by the hotel, but that's business.
The hotel Saigon Morin was a delight to stay in for the 3 days we were there. Hue is a fabulous town and the hotel did its best to organise a tour to the DMZ with a fabulous well educated guide. The silk embroidery on display was stunning and having a girl there actually doing it made it even more interesting. Nice to see they are encouraging local craftswomen. The food was fantastic at the garden restaurant and the inside restaurant. There was a general charm to the hotel with the spaciousness of the rooms and facilities. You actually could imagine the days of the high grandeur and style of the French era occupation and the special part the hotel would have played in the social going ones of that town. A lovely experience. Thank you
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : DMZ trip was a long day with a lot of driving but if you have an interest in the Vietnam War it is a must. The tunnels of Vihn Moc were unforgettable.

Big, clean rooms. Nice pool.
Breakfast wasn't as good as I've had in other hotels of the same standard. There was a lack of choice and some of the cakes and pastries were not always fresh.
Overall this is a lovely hotel that is clean, has big rooms and friendly staff. I have stayed in hotels that have more of a wow factor for the same price but this hotel was perfectly fine. There were more staff than guests in the very pretty courtyard restaurant area and they often seemed to be hanging around with nothing to do but watch you eat! The pool area is great and location is excellent. I would stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hotel staff didn't seem to be clues up on the trips- we asked for information and they didn't really know what they were talking about. The trips from the hotel are VERY expensive compared with booking with a travel agent.
