Clean Hotel with friendly staff and great breakfas

The staff ist really friendly and speaks english very well for vietnamese standards. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It hat a good working ac (which was necessary in the hot season, because the room was on the 4th floor and would otherwise have been like a microwave) and a flat screen. The bathroom was very nice, with a big board for the hygiene stuff, which is not common in budget hotels. The breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of fruit and eggs, being ordered directly in the kitchen. Overall great value for money.
Why only nine stars? Just one PC for internet-research, you have to wait when occupied. No possibility to shower for free (wold have been 50,000d)once you have checked out (in other hotels this was always possible). Booked a bus to Hanoi over the reception out of lazyness. Got a wrecked up old bus, althoug a good bus was promoted. Not sure, if the hotel (or the bus company is to blame), just for your information

I would highly recommend this Hotel for a business or leisure traveler, especially with a budget. This is one of the best values in Vietnam.
Pros:
Clean and well located.
Great price on a budget day trip to Phang Nha cave
The breakfast is the best we've seen - make sure it's included!
Cons:
The staff, like most others, will try to upsell you. We arrived very early and the room we booked on superior Agoda wasn't ready. We paid $3 to get a Deluxe room right away. In order to stay in that room a 2nd night, it cost $22. So our $13 booking became $22.
