Super deal
friendly staff - more than expected for low price

We had booked a deluxe hotel room and were immediately upgraded to a suite on the 5th floor. we felt that this was super cheap.
The staff was friendly, helped us to get bycicles the next day when we wanted to travel to the historic sites.
We got a welcome drink and, even after we had already checked out and only returned to pick up our luggage to travel on, we were again invited for a free farewell drink.
The breakfast was basic, but what can you expect for such a low price?!

we stayed for 3 days here. they have a good spread of breakfast containing some traditional vetnamese dishes also. the hotel restaurant also provide room service at dinner and lunch. they arranged all our booking for sightseeing tours through city tour company, which was very good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
dmz tour was excellent.

Super value, nice and quiet hotel

We stayed for 7 nights in a Suite which was airy and very nice. Since we were tired coming home from different tours, we ordered some in room dining, which was pretty good except the french fries. Especially the pizza was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpfull and made the stay extra nice. If i were to go back to Hue i would stay here again

Nice hotel but don't use the massage service

The hotel itself is quite nice. It's situated in an alleyway so initially it seems a bit scary, but once you get into the lobby it's nice and the staff are very friendly. Our room was quite spacious and clean, lacked nothing, and the river view's very lovely. There's wifi in the rooms and computers in the lobby. They also helped us book tours and opened the breakfast early for us because we had an early flight.
They offer a massage service where they call people in. This was extremely unprofessional. However, this is an issue with the service provider and not the hotel. The hotel was very prompt in trying to resolve the issues and did not charge for the massage.
Also, the receptionists have a very good grasp of English. The porters don't but they are also very helpful.

On arrival we were greated like friends, Our room was upgraded to a suite which was really cool, The location is close to everything we required, (Shopping, Bars & restaurants) They had a good choice of tour information & gave good recommenations and arranged guides & drivers.The breakfasts are very good, we had an early check out when we left & as we got into our car the staff gave us a prepacked breakfast to take. Will stay here when we come back for sure.

NIce hotel with good service

nice hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. but the hotel is a little away from the city.. ard 15 mins walk. you'll need a cab to get to the tourist attractions. other than that, great place to stay, rooms are clean and tidy.

Room is small but very comfortable, quiet and clean. location is not so good but acceptable with river view. I surely will come back this hotel when i visit Hue again
