Proper place to stay

The couple was properly welcome. Rooms are comfortable to stay. However, breakfasts are poor with limited selection. Hotel only provides max 6 beds for drivers, on first come first serve basis. Besides, we had to pay extra fee for car park!
Restaurant Tip:
South- Western Vietnsm is famous for diversed & delicious food. You can explore local dishes at bistros nearby hotel.

My family and I stayed there for 2 nights. The rooms to me are very clean. The only problem is I have to call the housekeeping to change the bed sheet because it is not clean enough. More important thing is both of my rooms are having the water leaking in the bath rooms. when I call the reception about problem in bathroom, they told me that there was no water leaking, the causing problem was there a gap btwn the wall & the bathtub. So whenever we take showers, the water will come outside of the tub. it is s little bit uncomfortable whenever I finish a shower, water everywhere in the bathroom. Another thing is the reception is not nice. They always look tired and not happy when talking to the customers.

good location and room. but the air conditioner is placed in a bad position so the air wing is blown straight away to the face of people sleeping on the bed.
tv cable is not so well
breakfast meals are alright but so crowded with people and children who do not stay in the hotel

The hotel is located in the city central and taxis are stopped in front of hotel anytime, so it was convenient. And room has basic amenities. Aircon, Hot Shower and TV were working with no problems. I took a breakfast at the open-air rastaurant on the rooptop with nice view. However when both of check in and out I should wait around 30 minites for receptionist to check my reservation and payment because I didn't have "printed" reservation letter. It was rather irritating time.

毎年仕事でロンスエンに来ているが、いつも利用している。１－２年前に改装をしたので部屋の絨毯や水回りも清潔。ホテルの前にコープマートがあり、お土産や日用品の買い物に便利。地方のホテルにしては朝食も充実しており、オープンテラスでの眺めが良い。

tôi thấy ks này rất ok.phòng thoáng mát.có thể ngắm cảnh long xuyên từ đây.nhân viên tạm được.buffet sáng thì chưa phong phú lắm..ngoài món dân dã nên có món tây.trong phòng không có menu ăn uống.và nên có cafe free mỗi ngày.sảnh hotel nóng(hot) quá.
cho 4 sao hotel này.
Shopping Tip:
chợ đêm gần khách sạn,khách không nên đi xe taxi hay xe lôi.rất gần,và chợ cũng gần không nên đi taxi hay xe lôi.
