The Beach and Lagoon Front Villas are set in exclusive waterfront locations with stunning views over the lagoon and Ninh Van Bay. An open plan layout is designed to take full advantage of the spectacular views and create an inviting indoor / outdoor ambience. Step into the rainforest; the elevated and private Hill Rock Villas offer tree-filtered ocean views and a luxurious tree house experience. The three storey layout provides a spacious sleeping area with king size bed high in the tree canopy, a large entertaining deck and living area where you can enjoy a private dinner cooked by your personal chef. Each villa has a personalised butler service to attend to your every whim, while rooms are fitted out with every modern convenience including iPod docking stations, wireless Internet and high definition televisions. Guest can while away the hours in the hammock or sun lounge and discover how quickly you can adapt to the life of a true epicurean.
Please note that small children are not advised to stay in the Hill Villas due to their setting on a steep hill.

An Lam Ninh Van Bay Villas are on a peninsula and guests need a boat to reach the resort. The resort has a luxurious check-in lounge inland to serve its guests while waiting for the boat.
The resort offers airport transfer and boat service at USD 40.5 per guest one way. If guests reach the Pier (check-in lounge inland) by themselves, the compulsory boat transfer service to the resort is charged at USD 29 per guest one way.

The hotel is not bad, but not even close to the highest scale, as they try to position themselves. Everything bears an "unfinished" touch. The room is big and comfortable for a family with the kids, but not close to a standard of a luxury resort hotel.It is a matter of details... The beach villa doesn't have a good beach; just rocky ground on the shore and shallow muddy bottom in the sea. No really good sand. The territory is nice, but a real professional resort looks different.And so on... However, the staff is great, the chef makes from time to time really good evenings, the spa provides quality massage. An Lam is like the granny's house: friendly and cosy, with a number of small problems. What could you expect from your granny...

Excellent overall. We were very pleased regardless of the fat bill. Only downside is it's far from Nha Trang city. Need to take a 10 minute boat ride, then another 30 minutes on the shuttle bus. Menu can be made to your order
