Booked to Rooms Superior Sea View and Suite Sea View.
The rooms are nice and clean, Shower was a little low in Superior for our 15 year old son. Shower in the suite was excellent.
The Beds are firm and just about too hard for me, but the 3 nights we stayed it was Ok
View is OK there is a lot of construction across the road but it didn't bother us.
The staff were absolutely fabulous, with everyone very pleasant and speaking good English.
Breakfast is Ok, nothing special but adequate.
The swimming pool is quite small.
We would stay at this hotel again.

Spacious room at good location and friendly staff
Spacious room, walking distance to the beach and access to all the dining and travelling places

we enjoyed our stay in nha trang and this hotel was a part of it. the doormen, receptionists and others were willing to accommodate our needs and provided a friendly atmosphere around. this was a low season so the price is quite competitive and we could access to all the good local dining place via taxi or just spending 5-10 minutes of walking.
Nightlife Tip:
Sailing Club Nha Trang has good music and drink every night, suitable for groups of friends or couples to come and chillax, dance and enjoy night breeze

"Địa điểm thuận lợi nhưng receptionist quá tệ"

- Room service is good;
- However, receptionist is too bad with behavior and appearance; they show their impolite and don't even want to answer any question.
- This Hotel exist the worst receptionist which i had been.
- So disappointed with the their's behavior

Excellent service, nice and clean hotel
close to city center and beach

this hotel is close to city center and beach. hotel is clean and ready for western turist. personal was very helpful with good knowledge of english. room was newly and nicely equiped and we really enjoyed our stay. breakfast was prepared at western style with vietnamese food as well. on my next trip at nha trang i will choose this hotel again.

Great location but disturbing noise

A hotel with great location but lots of disturbing noise due to lots of erection of new buildings all around the neighborhood, sometimes even during the night.
Some problem with water distribution, day one 6-7 p.m. no water at all and the day after only cold water, third day no problem. The elevator in this 15 floor high building is under dimensioned and often full.

Standart asia hotel. Room is simple. Good minibar. A lots of tourist from Russia (Pegas touristik company).
When we chek in, at 8pm, our room not clean. After 1 day air flight we very tired, but stuff offer us a "wait few minutes, we clean now". Is not possible. We stay at New Year Nights, and booking included the "Gava Dinner". ar the dinner food is good, and chairman of hotel, have a speech, and congratulate all guest personally.
So, for this money you can seek a better hotel in Nha Trang.
Nightlife Tip:
the street when hotel placed, have a lots a little bars and restaraunt for you. For anything money, with different food.

Great Location but next to construction sight
Close to shops and restaurants. A quick 5 minnutes walk to the beach.

We stayed 4 nights here with 2 adults and 3 young children. The room was modern, clean and spacious with 2 queen sized beds. There was a safe, a microwave oven but no ironing board. Disappointingly, the in room internet was a hit and miss. The hotel was opposite a construction site so it was very noisy in the middle of the night and early morning. The gym (there was only one piece of equipment in a tiny room) and small pool was nothing to rave about. Breakfast was average with not much variety. I would definitely not recommend Christmas Eve buffet dinner here. The standard of the food is not comparable to the price paid.
The staff here, especially the bellboys are very helpful and pleasant with always a smile on their faces.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I-resort and Vin-Pearl is a must to visit. I also recommend grilled seafood on the beach. 2 large grilled lobsters only cost 200.000 vnd -so cheap!!
