Lovely hotel but service with rudeness

Hotel is nice and rooms were okay. They too provide all the travelling toiletries and also hair dryer. In the beginning the front counter were helpful. They will help you with your request of changing room and telling us no extra charge. The next day when we were checking out, they said we need to add money for extra bed. Ha! where was the extra bed????! We were staying in the tree bedded room. We insisted not to pay because yesterday they said nothing to pay. They were rude to us and arguing, so we just walked out from the hotel. Money minded!

Hotel is well located, various restaurants (for tourists) and shops on the same street.
The beach is only 5 minute walk from the hotel.
The swimming pool is disappointing as it is very small and not attractive at all.

We enjoyed this hotel and found the room large and the service was good. We stayed three nights and found it an easy location to get to restaurants and beaches.

i found this hotel to be fairly average in all honesty. the staff where nice and professional, helpful at times but i did struggle with the language barrier at times. the room was a good size, tidy an nice view of ocean. the bath room was ok, the shower head was too low and the water pressure was pitiful but it did the job.
the room service was good, bathroom stuff like shampoo and body wash was replaced every day , bed mad etc.
the breakfast provided was ok if ure into rice dishes etc for breaky..not a big fan myself.
checking in and out was hassle free and i guess you get what ya paid for, im not sure if id stay here again unless i couldnt find something else

Great location - just opposite the Sinh Tourist and close to restaurants and bars
Travel tip:
Pool on the top floor outside has no shade but the view from there is great.

if you need a room with aircon, tv, and a shower with two small bottles of water a day, then it's not too small and it's in a good location for walking.
The female receptionists are helpful, but the guy with the tie has some rude manners in speaking English. I do expect a higher standard of communication in a tourism-centered business where prices have doubled in two years.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The Sunday crew just didn't seem to want (you) to be there. Mutual.

Very nice seaview with good location. Have a supermarket nearby. Well trained staff with good smile. They also provided suggestions for the Local Tour and the routing which you wanted.
Swimming pool service should be improved.

not the best for the price

The beauty salon was closed down, the pool was not great and then closed, the hotel was not full and we were put on the very top floor in not a great room. We moved to another hotel rather than extend here. On the up the breakfast was good
