The owners at the Binh An Hotel are very attentive and will help you in any way they can. The rooms were clean, the price was very cheap, the water bottles were free, they even gave us bananas when we left for the airport in case we got hungry during the ride. And to be sure that we got there safely and didn't get duped by the taxis, they had called a private chauffeur to take us to the airport and it was cheaper than the taxi!! Amazing value and great place to stay... as long as you understand that this is a cheap hotel :-)

The Binh An Hotel was wonderful from the start. We booked ahead so the couple who run the place were ready for us. Our balcony overlooked the street and was great for people watching. Quiet and safe at night and the couple has a cute little dog to play with. The staff was also very helpful in booking out bus tickets to Dalat.

This hotel was ideal for us, 2 minutes from the beach and round the corner from baguette sellers. The owners are lovely, they always smile and are happy to book tours for you, they also have a cute little dog called zon. I've been to nha trang twice and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We were greated with a welcome sign in our names, very friendly couple and spoke OK English, rooms were clean and bed comfortable and hot water in the shower. If you expect a sleep in, well forget it as there is an English centre next door and classes begin around 7 am, they sound like they are in the room with you but ever so nice singing.and music. A very pleasant stay.

Nice clean budget hotel, lovely couple running it, very helpful and spoke good English. No lifts to higher floors so was hard work after a day out in the heat, noisy in the mornings with a school next door. Water was hot, bed was comfy and clean, roo was spotless.

We booked this hotel for one night but then extended to 2 as we were too tired to find a new hotel. This place is really lovely and although the decor is plain and rather clinical, the rooms are a good size and meticulously clean and the couple who run it are so sweet. You've probably read enough reviews by now to know they give you fresh fruit everyday and really go out of their way to help.
We were very reluctant to leave but unfortunately we had to as we plan to stay in Nha Trang for a while and the noise from the children (next door???) was just unbelievable! Being woken up early in the morning by a class of 4 year olds dancing about to Gangnam Style is just not what we need!
We like to get up late, spend a few hours at the beach then chill in the room for a bit, before a late dinner but this is just not possible at Binh An. The children are making a racket from about 6/7am every morning, til about 11am and then again in the evenings til about 8/half 8.
This hotel would have been perfect for us otherwise.

This is a wonderful value for money hotel. Very clean and tidy and extremely helpful staff. We stayed an extra 1/2 day to align with our flight out and appreciated the time to shower and freshen up before our evening flight after a snorkeling tour out to the islands. The staff helped book and arrange transfers and tours and made our stay welcome and comfortable. Fresh fruit on arrival and departure was a bonus. Great spots for breakfast and meals all nearby. Highly recommend Binh An for the value for money traveler.

The lady owner is great with fruit and a welcome sign with our name on it which is very special...
The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean...every day there was fresh fruit waiting for us when we returned after a day out...
It takes around 10 minutes walk to the main tourist streets with restaurants, bars, and clubs.... Really nice location.
