We were upgrade to a villa which was very large and comfortable. Private clean beach, great pool. Shuttle to town was not running often enough. We enjoyed our stay here as it was quiet and everything we needed was here. We only went into town late afternoon for meals. The staff were extra friendly and the breakfast excellent.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Nearby beach you are swimming with rubbish.

Large, clean private beach. Shuttle to town didnt run often enough. This resort was so good we stayed an extra day.The buffet breakfast had so many choices. The poolside BBQ on saturday night was good. Looking over the beach with candles very romantic.Plenty of seafood but not a lot of meat.

Huge swimming pool, friendly staff, there is a free shuttle bus to town, 4 times a day Definitely the air conditioning system, and the English speaking ability of the staff My friend and I stayed in the resort last week. The resort is nice, spacious and clean and the swimming pool is excellent, really huge, and there is always someone handing out a towel for you. The beach is nice, but water is not so clear, and we later on found out that it is a man made beach. We got the room at a promotion rate and it is worth the money. The staff are very nice and friendly, but they don't understand/speak English very well. The resort provides a free shuttle bus takin you to and from the town, 4 times a day, which makes it very convenient for us.
There are some "not so good" experiences too. Firstly, we were placed in a room with NO air conditioning. We waited for more than 2 hours for someone to come and fix it, and it still didn't work. We were then arranged to another room, facing the the road instead of the garden, but later on found out that we could not make adjustments on the temperature of the air conditioning at all because the control panel didn't work. We called and asked someone to fix it, and waited for an hour until we became mad and complained. Then, they sent an "engineer" to "adjust" the room temperature, and were told that every time we wanted to adjust the temperature, we had to call them and the "engineer" would fix it for us. So, if you became very cold in the middle of the night, you would have to first call the reception desk, then waited until they sent someone to adjust the temperature. Very strange! Other than this, staff are very nice, but you might not get what you want because either they don't understand you, or you don't understand them. My friend was sick one day and we called the reception to arrange us to go to see a local doctor. They were very nice to offer a nurse in their resort to our room (there is even a doctor, but was out then), but she doesn't understand English....
We were then arranged to see a local doctor, who charged us US$195 (only for the problem of food poisoning), so, watch out!
Restaurant Tip : Gia Seafood restaurant in Nga Trang town is a good one!! Price is reasonable and food is good!
