Unfortunately there is nothing I like about the hotel. The one thing good about the hotel is they have a lift for my trolley bag. The hotel is very old and the condition of the rooms is very very old as well.The bathroom is stained especially the shower curtain. My body was itchy after only a night in the hotel. Not sure if it's the bed bugs or the conditions. The price for the hotel that I paid online was not worth the quality I received. For what I paid expected a better condition room. I think the picture they provide does not justify the condition of the rooms. It feels like a old hospital converted to hotel. I paid a lesser amount in Danang for a 3 star hotel with cleaner room and toilet. They even provide a bathrobe. So overall, I don't think it's worth that amount. Probably if it's less pricey, I would not have expected so much.
Travel tip : You have to walk about 10 minutes to Bien Thu where you can get good food and cafe.

Good location. Nice beach across the hotel. Great breakfast. Big pool. Walking distance to the shops. Small but bearable. Interior and bedcover need to be upgraded. Airconditioning in our room was weak. Dislike having to call for hot water each time I would like to make my own coffee. Memorable trip. Checked in time was quick as soon as we showed the confirmation letter. First impression of the room, small but it was fine as we were out most of the days. Bathroom need to be upgraded. No hooks to hang the used towels. Breakfast was great as you can order freshly cooked eggs. Overall, quite satisfied. You have to take the good and bad with open mind.
Nightlife Tip : The Sailing Club is a Must for Caucasians/Westerners!

So clean, through it is a little old. The breakfast finishes at 9.00 am, which is too early. I think many people sleep late, because the beach is right there. Although my room rate included breakfast, I did not get to enjoy it. I like Hai Yen hotel, so quite and they have a big pool. The important point is the good restaurant (on the beach)is over there, walk just 20 seconds from Hai Yen Hotel.

If you want a basic budget hotel - its a great price. Walk across the road to the beach and restaurants that have good selections of meals to suit all tastes.
Travel tip : If you would like to experience true Vietnamese coffee, try the coffee place to the right of the hotel as you come out, it is approx 200 metres away. The entrance is on side and is not obvious but you will love the view and service and price.

Nice beach just across the street. This hotel is cheap, so you can't expect too much.
