Groups United Kingdom, February 25, 2013	Not Great, But Not Too Bad Rooms were clean, Price was good, Friendly Staff 5.7 i stayed in a triple standard room with 2 friends. the first thing that struck me upon entering the room was a strnge smell that i'd imagine to be damp somewhere. having said that, the room was clean, as were the bed sheets, along with the bathroom. one slight issue was the lack of a shower curtain but not the end of the world. the hotel has a lift (or elevator) which in asia seems to be a rare luxury, especially as we were on the 5th floor!!! staff were friendly but spoke little english. for the price, roughly us$5 each per night, i'd say it was good value. a side note however, laundry is fairly expensive and a small pile cost my frind just over Nightlife Tip: "Why Not Bar" seems to be the livest place if you want a late (5amish late) drink in the area. Half decent music and no cover charge.

Couples Romania, January 23, 2013	The receptionist will try to rip you off good value for the price you pay, close to the beach 5 If a bus costs 250 000 dongs from Nha Trang to Hoi An your hotel will ask you, shamefully, 400 000 dongs, even if the bus station is 20 metres away from your hotel and you can easily check the real price. If a small water is 5000 dongs at the mini bar clearly written they will ask you 10 000. After you go back to your room to show them the real price they will still persevere and try to fool you by showing you the restaurant menu. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: If you are caucasian you must be Russian. I've been greeted at least 10 times per day in Russian and I was shown almost all the times menus in Russian. I felt at some point that I might kick somebody' s ass if he will talk to me in Russian again. I wonder why the street signs are not in Russian cause everything else is in two languages, Vietnamese and Russian. Sometimes also in English. Most of the foreigners here are Russians that come with packaged tours and, as far as I noticed, they never leave their hotel/ beach/ main boulevard perimeter. The beach is too close to the noisy road and it's pretty narrow. I don't see the reasons why someone would come here specifically for this place when there are so many better beach alternatives in Vietnam or in the neighbouring countries. Thankfully we went deep enough in the city to find that specific vietnamese street life with food stalls everywhere, with (real) people on the streets enjoying dinner at their tinny tables or playing cards with their friends.
Chris M. Couples New Zealand, July 19, 2012	Very noisy but clean clean, relatively central 6 We stayed for one night in a standard double room on the 8th floor. Our room had no outside window but did have a very strange, large sliding opaque window into the corridor. This meant that the corridor light shone right onto our bed all night. Add to this the elevator is loud and we could hear many other guests early in the morning, very poor sleep. Staff were pleasant enough but when i explained why we were changing hotels they did not try to solve our situation. It is cheap though.
