Great budget hotel with friendly staff
Close to the beach, clean and safe

This is a nice family-owned budget hotel in Nha Trang - I have stayed here a few times. The owner is very friendly and speaks perfect English, and the rooms are comfortable, clean and inexpensive. They will hold your luggage after you check out, and its close to lots of places to eat and shop (just a block behind the Sheraton). They have good free in-room wifi, and a reasonably priced minibar. They are happy to help you with anything from a taxi to a restaurant recommendation (and not only to some friend of family's place). The only downside is sometimes the housekepping staff talk really loud in the hallway in the morning and forget that people may be sleeping. The rooms with the balcony are worth the couple of extra dollars.
Restaurant Tip:
Eat at Lanterns restaurant near the Novotel for good Vietnamese food and friendly staff.

I tried to book 2 nights at this hotel but the second night was full so managed to get one. When i checked in, they asked me if i stay only for one night and I told them rooms were full for the second night. They said some late minute cancellation came and they had rooms available. As i booked my bus ticket based on just one night in nha trang, I based on just one night in nha trang, I felt sorry for them as they were extremely nice and helpful staff (family run, i guess). I would definitely come back and stay there for my next trip to Nha Trang.
Travel tip:
free pot of hot water - bring your own coffee, tea. i had a pot and had it refilled on the first night and refill again in the morning.
What more can you expect, really. nice room, clean room, fridge, free wifi, lift to all the floors (no need to walk up to your room)

we vere 6 people from 5 to 60 yeats old, and all of us enjoyed the stay. the manager and his vife at nha trang inn & suites are very nice people. they did a lot to make our holiday good.

Great Hotel,excellent customer service

We arrived at 7am after an overnight bus and were able to check straight in which was great as we were both shattered. The room was a really good standard, newly decorated and in good condition unlike some other hotels we have stayed at where the pictures look great but the rooms are tired when you get to them.
The owner was really helpful and spoke excellent English, he allowed us to store our bags all day and even offered us a shower before we took our overnight bus at 9pm from Nha Trang.
Its also actually a great locations becuase you walk five or ten minutes in one directions and your in the backpackers bar area but if you walk ten minutes north you reach the fishing port of Old Nha Trang which we loved.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We would recommend the mud bath spa complex which when we visited mainly had locals and only a small number of tourists and was a great way to relax.

I was upgraded to a nicer bigger room. Although the location is not near the backpackers area it is nice and close to the beach.
The staff is very polite, helpfull and friendly

Gute Lage, sehr sauberes Hotel

Am Rande des Backpacker Viertels, aber nur 5min vom stadtstrand emtfernt. Wir konnten nach einer sehr anstrengenden Nachtfahrt um 7 morgens einchecken. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig aber schön, unser Balkon zur Straße hin war schön groß, das Zimmer war dennoch ruhig. Mit Lift. Eine Empfehlung!

In der Nähe der Backpacker-Straße, aber ruhig

Wir waren eine Nacht in diesem kleinen Hotel und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Um die Ecke findet man Essensstände und hat es nicht weit, bis in die Traveller-Straße. Auch zum Meer ist es nicht sooo weit. Preis-Leistung völlig ok.

Prijs / kwaliteit is goed. Hotel heeft nu wel een andere naam!!! Je krijgt een thermoskan met heet water voor koffie of thee te maken. Internet is goed. Kamer was goed voor 3 personen groot + klein bed.
Travel tip:
Hotel geeft thermos kan met heet water.

We zijn heel tevreden over dit hotel. het hotel biedt geen ontbijt aan, maar tegenover en naast de deur of op wandelafstand kan je ontbijten. Er is een lift aanwezig en dat maakt het aangenaam als je een kamer hebt op bvb de 5de verdieping.
Heel vriendelijk personeel aan de balie die goed engels spreekt.
