Lovely stay and the buffet is definitely worth it.
Only negative was transfer costs were not clear when booking.

i've always liked staying at this hotel, this is my fourth time staying here, must like it a lot. i got the superior room as usual, the room is very nice with a beautiful view of the beach. the breakfast was good and the staff and service was excellent. i would stay here again in the near future.

Everything was satisfactorily clean. Ocean view from the balcony was fantastic. Air condition was comfortable but it is a pity that the fan was noisy. In the guest room, wired connection was fast but wireless was a little bit slow.
I believe the building is not at all a cheap one, but some of the guests were cheap people.Some young people were loud enough to prevent my reading/writing and sleeping. I suspect they were not realizing that they were loud, however, they were speaking or yelling, and even knocking the table or wall in the room or on the balcony even after midnight (actually 1 p.m.) .

we were asked if we'd like to upgrade to deluxe room during check-in. however, we were v. happy with the side sea-view so we didn't upgrade at the end.
room was well-kept and clean. breakfast was very good with wide range of selection.
the tour offered by the agent at the hotel was expensive. there were shops just few min away from the hotel that offer day tours at a cheaper price.

We had a really good stay at this hotel. Everything is top quality and beds were just amazing. Very comfortable with excellent staff. Top Class 10 out of 10
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go for Island hopping excursion.....very good. Great Indian Restaurant behind the hotel...OMAR'S Indian. Its proper Indian.... It is 6 mins walk.

we had a wonderful trip in nha trang which is partly thanks to the hotel. i felt at ease in comfortable room with warm lights by night & full of sunshine by day and the room seemed to be broaden by special glass-bathroom. we were up-graded to sea-view room with just one night's upgrading fee. staffs were friendly & helpful. we enjoyed our trip so much and will definitely come back.

we arrived at hotel at 7.30am because we took a bus from ho chi minh which took 9 hours drive. within 30 minutes the room was prepared already for us (usually the check in time is at 2pm). it took around 15 min from bus station to novotel. when you go to nha trang, don't miss vinpearl. you can go there by cable car, it's a very nice beach surrounded by mountains. there is a nice chinese food restaurant behind the hotel, just walking distance.

novotel ha long bay is the best hotel in this region. staff are friendly, internet is quick, pool is amazing. food is amazing, location is perfect - just away from the chaos, and only a 5 minute trip by taxi to the chaos.

had a room on the 7th floor ocean view. good size bed & bathroom, like most 3 star hotels in vietnam water runs under the shower door, no big deal, just get extra towel. food was pretty good 8 on a 10 scale, and very nice eating area. . wifi was good overall the hotel was good. 3/4-star. very good location for shopping, all within walking distance. for all practical purposes the hotel is on the beach. all hotels are separated from the beach by a promenade. i would stay there again on my next visit.

This hotel is on the promenade looking at the beach as well as many other international hotels. Very safe area with coffee shops, bars, hotels and restaurants lining the promenade
