Good location but problems with room maintenance

Stay was ok re value for money. Hotel was in a good position for various resorts and facilities right by the beach. Staff responded fairly quickly to problems but for example replaced our faulty light bulbs by taking them from a next door room so perpetuating the problem. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were helpful.
