clean suit with a big balacony
Location was near to the beach, near to the night market a big clean suit with a very good bathroom!

it was nice because of the location near to the night market & beach and not far away from the main attraction the Vinpearl Island & amusement park the staff were very boor they don't know how to treat a customer very well, the hotel was in a small alley not on the street, the room I booked was a beach view suit, but it was looking at another tall building I had just a small view in between the two buildings in front of this hotel! the breakfast wasn't that much good.
there are much better choices.

The hotel is located in a small alley, not the most convenient location. Not much attractions near by the hotel though most eateries & the shopping mall is walking distance away. The public beach is just a 8 mins walk.

Again, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The pool is, well, a family sized bathtub with a beautiful view of the beach. I also arrived at 1 pm for check in and had to wait 40 minutes for my room. And the breakfast is not worth waking up for. With that said, everything else was very good-the service, the staff, and they let me leave my bags for a few hours after I checked out. the above might sound a bit negative, but I would recommend the place still.

Terrible facilities and policies

The facilities are run down. Everything from the chairs in the lobby to the fixtures in the rooms are several years behind in being updated. Because the management is too cheap to update the system, guests must exchange the keys to their rooms every day after noon (because their old keys have stopped working). The hotel policy dictates that hotel staff interrogate guests about anything from missing slippers to dirty towels (the hotel staff apologize for this, claiming that they must ask guests about such things, because they will be charged for these things if guests are not). Overall, my impression is that the hotel ownership is both cheap and negligent. I would never consider returning to this hotel unless I was confident that policy had changed and the facilities had been updated.

Nice Hotel with small space

Turns out, the hotel wasn't as good as I expected.
But totally nothing disappointed at all. The staff was great, the location is a lil bit so hard to find. You have to walk into the small alley. The room was small, but clean with the great view into the beach.
You can walk to the beach for 10 minutes from this hotel.
The breakfast was great.

first, the service rendered by the receptionist and the bellman was really commendable.
the rooms was as big and nice as we had expected. came with a balcony and a bathtub that had a sea view although people can see through if you didnt pull down the blinds.
a really comfortable and great stay! will definitely stay there again.

Go to the beach!!

All in all happy with our three night stay. We paid the cream and got the suite. It was a lovely room but did appear nicer in the pictures. The balcony was very small and did not have any furniture to sit on to enjoy the view.
The hotel is not Beach front. It is behind another hotel and another large building so if you're expecting sand at your feet you'll be severely disappointed.
Massage service was horrible. Women was on her mobile phone for the majority of the massage. Instead of the 1.5 hour massage I paid for she didn't fulfill that time. I couldn't be bothered arguing. She spoke very little English. After the terrible service she asked for a tip! I obviously did not tip the woman.
Pool area had an unpleasant smell do we left and didn't swim.
Breakfast was nice. Best suited for other westerners who like their eggs and bacon. Perfect breakfast in my opinion.
Hotel was very clean and staff were nice enough.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Access to the hotel is down a long side street walk way and can easily be missed. Look out for the sign
If you want a massage do not get one from the hotel. Total waste of money. Go elsewhere and get a good service.
