excellent location, attentive staff, nice venue for evening drinks with view of Nha Trang beach, knowledgeable tour guides business center is not of a caliber for a 5-star resort This hotel presents a quiet, boutique experience, located right in the center of Nha Trang's famous beach area. The hotel and spa provide a relaxing getaway for discriminating tourists willing to spend just a small amount more than lesser hotels in the area.

Excellent staff performance
Colonial feel Charge for the jacuzzi/steam
The Sunrise is a very pleasant and high quality hotel, facing Nha Trang Bay. The service, food and accommodation were of a very high standard. The rooms are large and well appointed and comfortable. The facilities, including the pool and fitness area were very good. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this part of Viet Nam for a maximum of seven days - any longer is too much because there is not a lot to do in this area.

Excellent service, spacious room, great spa Location (about 20 mins walk from main part of town) The sunrise hotel is an excellent hotel overall. Very nice and clean rooms, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The spa was great and the food was very nice. The location is perfect if you want to stay a little more quiet and away from the bars, but if you are after nightlife you need to walk 20 mins to the main part of town.

Beautiful accomodations, big comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast, well equiped fitness center, great beach access with hotel attendant, good location. I have nothing bad to say. This was one of our favorite hotels. We loved the Sunrise Resort, and the east facing ocean view rooms provided amazing vantage point for the sunrise! If we went back to Nha Trang, we'd stay here again in a heart beat.
Hotel Feature Tip : There is a hotel attendant that stays at the beach and provides towels. If you ask they will provide the bar menus to order food and drinks.

The Nha Trang Sunrise Beach Resort is an excellent choice as it is located right on Nha Trang Beach, close to the City Center and has exceptional staff who were polite and quick to help.
The facilities were second to none with good internet, gym and pool amenities. The internal seafood buffet restaurant and the buffet breakfast served was delicious.
The room i stayed in overlooked the ocean, it was peaceful, pretty and romantic.
I would recommend this hotel. Rating would be a 9/10.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Organise a mud bath tour or visit the islands via the hotel tourist desk. The mudbath is a fun expereince.

Great room for a great rate! Staff was super friendly. Good food, service etc. Everything was exceptional! I stayed in a suite at the Sunrise hotel and I have nothing but great things to say. Location was great. I had a suite with balcony overlooking the beach. Staff was great and everything else was amazing. I would highly recommend the sunrise and will stay there the next time I go back!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go on the boat tours on the bay. Very entertaining and fun.

Rooms, pool, rooftop terrace bar, staff We stayed in here for 4 nights. We treated ourselves to Sunrise Club Suite room and believe me we were not disappointed! The room was fantastic. The bed was huge and so comfy. The bathroom was amazing, separate shower and a spa bath. We had a balcony which over looked the beautiful beach. Every day and night we were provided with complementary bottles of water and a fruit platter and it was a nice treat every night to have turn down service with the cute chocolates which were delicious! Breakfast was provide every morning everything you could want was there. We went to the buffet dinner one night and what excellent value for money it was. The pool area was beautiful and pool guys couldn’t do enough for you. All the staff were polite, helpful and so friendly. Also the rooftop terrace makes the best cocktails and has a lovely view over looking Nha Trang. We would highly recommend this hotel to couple and family alike.

We had a suite - the room was huge and bathroom amazing. The hotel had laid out flower petals on our bed and in the jacuzzi bath as a special honeymoon treat. Gym was small but very well equipped. Staff service was impeccable. It was very empty when we visited, so the bars were a bit lacking in atmosphere (not really the fault of the hotel). We visited the hotel as part of our tour of Vietnam, and had booked it as we wanted a bit of luxury. The hotel certainly delivered this - our room was a suite, with a huge bed and enough room for a sofa and chill-out area. The bathroom was huge with a great walk-in shower and separate jacuzzi bath. We can't fault anything about the room or the staff. Breakfast was a huge buffet, with everything you could wish for. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to pay a bit extra for a bit of luxury. The location is good too - right on the beach and only a short walk/ taxi-ride to the main area with bars and restaurants.

Absolutly amazing pool
Great prices for drinks & food at the pool bar
Breakfast had plenty of variety and extremely good coffee. Have to catch a taxi into the resturant and bar areas. about 20000vnd This hotel knocked the socks off our expectations. The staff could not do enough for you. The place was immaculaty clean, the rooms enormous....we had a deluxe seaview (had a baclony)The pool is outstanding and prices are really resonable at the pool bar. they also have a seafood buffet once a week and that is 155000vnd but really worth it. I would recommend anyone thinking about booking here to go ahead and do it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Book a fishing tour with Shamrock Bar Nha Trang, they take you out on the ocean for the day where you can drink, fish and eat a bbq lunch.

Rooms very comfortable and well presented. Hotel staff are not up to 5 star standards Presentation of hotel excellent. Staff hospitality standards in many areas fell short, including checkin, pool side, day to day support and check out. Being offered a special rate to the airport at more than double the going rate, less than impressive. It took staff more than twenty minutes to get our luggage to reception at checkout time. Great breakfast.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, beautifully decorated, large choice of breakfast food, good pool and beach facilities.... The hotel staff are helpful and accommodating, the hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities in the hotel in general were excsellent, with a fab Japanese restaurant. The bar on the 10th floor is great for a chilled out cocktail in the evening. Nha Trang is quite a romantic setting and this hotel certainly aids that!

All Pros at this hotel. Their ais an awesome spa called Q in the hotel a must do experience. beautiful pool, right on the beaches ad not far from all the hot spots, great room service, very attentive staff. There were some worn sections of the hotel and the restraunts keep strange hours I would like to see the Japanese bar open more regularly through the day. Sunrise Beach Hotel is truly a 5 star hotel. The staff are extremely attentive to your needs as seems to just be the Vietnamese way. The Hotel sits right on the beach and from my window I had the most awesome vies of nha Trang Bay. At any point in the day I could get up and get a uniquely breathtaking view of the bay.
The Japanese restraunt is the best. I generally go out looking fo rlocal foods but I found myself at their restraunt almost every day I was there because I enjoyed it so much.
I do warn you though the Vietnamese have been through hard times and they seem very closed off people inside. I read reviews of smiles and friendly people which the hotel was great but the general population around Nha Trang seemed a bit stand offish to me.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to the Sailing Club and Crazy Kims these are two Nha Trang spots that attract foreigners and expats alike. Youll find your best crowds there.

beautiful location, superb service and value for money. unbelievable choice at breakfast! the taxi they ordered for us to return to the airport was expensive. we were picked up from the airport and treated to iced water,refreshing towels and soothing ,music before arriving at the hotel. depsite not having the highest expectations from reading the guoide book, the location was beautiful and the hotel while being very large had attentive staff and luxurious facilities. all rooms have a view of the beach just across the road and we had a balcony. the daily fruit basket was a nice touch although we found the security guides wanting to escort us over the road to the private beach area a tad over the top! their beach is spotless, far from over crowded and again you are offered 5 star service here ( as at the pool). a great place to relax towards the end of our holiday. also the choice at breakfast was amazing and catered for all tastes across the globe! not to be missed!

everything about this hotel made our stay enjoyable.The staff are friendly and helpful but not intrusive,the balcony rooms offer great views of the bay,breakfast is extensive and fresh.It is at the quiet end of the beach but just a short taxi ride brings you into the main shopping and eating areas. it is time the carpets in the room were given a good clean.
The business center is not 5 star! The hotel was a pleasure to stay in.It was extremely comfortable .The private beach is well maintained and the staff there were efficient and attentive.Once you get over the fact that you are escorted across the road by someone and accept it as their concern for your safety it just seems rather quaint and quirky.
Nightlife Tip : Never agree to a game of pool with a book seller unless its for fun and no book exchanges involved.

The pool was fantastic, the staff outstanding and the general atmosphere was utterly relaxing. Also the price was very reasonable for what was on offer. The only downside were the prices of the food and drink in areas outside of the main hotel i.e. the Irish bar... We felt that not being in the luxurious surroundings of the hotel should mean lower prices for food and beverages. If you are looking for a haven of luxury at a very reasonable price away from the madness of downtown Nha Trang, then this is the resort to go to. The atmosphere of pure relaxation, along with the beautiful spa, delicious food, and unrivalled professionalism of the staff, made this the most memorable part of our 6-week stayin Vietnam.
Nightlife Tip : Take a short taxi ride for about 15,000VDN to the downtown backpacker area if you're in search of good, cheap restaurants and buzzing nightlife.
