Hotel is in a very touristy location. The hotel and restaurants along that street offer a very westernised fusion style menu. Need to travel further of to find authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Hotel set up umbrellas, chairs and towels for hotel guests at the beach across the road. However it is very dirty water. Felt like swimming in a rubbish tip. Keep to the hotel pool or walk a further 1-2 km for clean beach area.

While the hotel is very nice and well located in Nha Trang, my stay was marred slightly by the lack of a well functioning air-conditioning in my initial room, although the hotel management moved me to an upgraded room when it became clear that they could not fix the problem. The breakfast buffet was not up to what I would consider a five-star hotel level of quality or selection, or the room rate paid.

we stay in a suite, its beautfil , the room was marvellous, we loved the room but unfortuately they put us on the level that only have us and our friend as a guest, it was empty and lonly.you should book the normal room if you want to see people.
the service is good but things are pretty expensive within the hotel. they charge us 250 dong to hire a scooter while they only charge 100 dong outside.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if any of you want to try out the mud bath than should get there before 5 30, because there are so many mosquitoes and the pool stop at 6 30 even their closing time is 7 30
if you want to eat seafood, than go pass the bridge and to thap ba street, the seafood there are cheap and fresh .

Very good location close to everything, fruits in my room on arrival, very good breakfast. Amazing swimming pool, classy massage, staff were very friendly and helpful, very good English spiking, old carpet in the room, bed comfortable, and room viewed excellent. This is the second time in this hotel. Thanks Agoda.
