awful hotel and rude staff

extremely rude hotel staff. poor customer service and lack of quality of a hotel 'feel' overall. staff would not bother searching for lost clothese which they 'lost' in the first place. there is no quality management system in place to ensure a proper hotel stay. please do not book at this hotel - go elsewhere and save your money!

Ants, untidy, tight

There was an excessive amount of furniture in the room which made it very tight. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from one of the cupboards. There were only one socket in the room and that was behind the desk.
The room is in a need of renovation.
There were also a lot of ants in the room and in the corridor.
The bathroom was untidy and there were no hand towels.
The hotel was quite far away from the main tourist area.

Another not-so-great hotel in Nha Trang. Lots of ants, dirty sheets and uncomfortable beds. Our deluxe room was awkwardly arranged, for example, you had to stand on the bed to open the dresser and the bathtub was extremely high off of the ground.
Restaurant Tip:
Italian restaurant down the road, away from tourist district, was very good.
