Very beautiful hotel, with the aim to spoil. High tech items in room did not function, extra bed took over 5 Hrs to arrange, and at the price you pay per room, I expected better. Again watch the high cost for an extra bed.

Beautiful luxury resort with fantastic service

Loved this resort, you have everything you could possibly want for a relaxing break. Gorgeous clean beach, large rooms, well kept grounds, a truly luxurious stay. The best thing about Vinpearl luxury was the level of service we received. We felt right at home.
We stayed for a week which was perfect. As there is the huge amusement park and water park on the island you can't really get bored here. One morning I played a round of golf at the nearby course and though pricey, it was a stunning course. I could not recommend Vinpearl Luxury more.
Restaurant Tip:
We stayed at the resort during low season so only one restaurant at the hotel was open, instead of two. The menu can be limited and some of the dishes lacked enough detail, we mentioned this to the manager and he was so grateful for our feedback. The hotel has only been open for two years so they are still finding their feet in some aspects.
I would advise you let the staff know if you want a dish cooked specially, not from the menu. They were more than happy to do this for us and the chef Thins made a fantastic Thai green curry dish on our final night.

The hotel itself was very nice with good service, however, it was a bit expensive for the area. The beach itself was clean but if one was walking on the beach a bit further, you could see the trash floating on the water.

A lot: airport pick up, location, privateness, services, the room, the staff...

Almost everything was working as it should at a place within this price range. (airport pick up, transfer, check in, the transfer to the island (huge private speedboat), huge rooms with private pool (even the cheapest ones), breakfast... For the services, this price, although not the cheapest, is still a bargain.
The only cons are: no rooms for storing the luggage after checking out, so it was stored in front of the building (there is always somebody there but it still is a bit unnerving), restaurants are quite pricey if not included in the room rate.

Very good, although the price is a bit expensive.
The private beach is very good and quite. The minor con is the island which isolates you from the city.
The pool is also relatively small for swimming.
