- Vinpearl Resort & Spa does not charge children under 12 years of age if they are staying in a room occupied by parents and using the existing bedding. This is limited to one child per family, however, and additional fees will be charged should parents require a rollaway bed or cot.
- For children 3 years and below, breakfast is complimentary. For children between the ages of 3 and 12 breakfast is charged but at a special children’s rate, while those above 12 years of age are charged the same rate as an adult.

Nice clean hotel, fair choice of restaurants but much better (and cheaper) on the mainland. For some really nice bars (like the Sailing Club) head into Nha Trang and enjoy the atmosphere.
Restaurant Tip : The Sailing Club in Nha Trang and the Louisiana Brewhouse - both fantastic laid back bars with good beer and atmosphere.

If you have kids they will enjoy visiting the fun park and water park, both on the island. The hotel provides free transport there and back.
Restaurant Tip : Next to the fun park, on the island, are a couple of terrific restaurants. We ate calamari at the seafood restaurant, it was lovely.
Also, go the buffet dinner at the Soffitel, it is only $20 per head and it is excellent value. (I also enjoyed the hamburger on the menu... that was good too)
