Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great location, beautiful hotel
Lovely rooms with great views. Fantastic breakfast and pool overlooks the beach with a mountain backdrop
9.3
This was a very lovely looking hotel and the facilities did not disappoint. The staff on the front desk speak good English so they are the ones to get information and help from. The doorman were very attentive and there is always a taxi waiting. Close to everything.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you go to the 'White Buddha' entry is free but the guides will want to sell you postcards for $20 a pack but it all goes to the orphanage and monastery. The guides are often uni students who have been taken in by the monks as orphaned children. They pay back the cost of their education by working for the monks selling the cards. Our guide refused a tip, saying that we should give money to the beggars inside the monastery as they cannot work due to age or disability. The guide is essential to get the best experience of this place.

Great location but horrible room
4.7
Standard room was horrible. Air-con ran like a van in night. You have to go along a smelly small way with horrible feeling from elevator to your room. Tissue paper in restroom is a very cheap one. Can not imagine 4 star hotel with service for even worse than motel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Should stay in Deluxe sea view hotel. Price is nearly double but much more better.

good location, poor English of staff
Big city hotel, good location
7.7
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.
The hotel is good with friendly personnel.
The only drawback is that staff has very little English knowledge, so communication becomes frustrating.
Hotel has its own night club - it rocks!

Ok Hotel for the money but not quiet
clean rooms in the centre of Nha Trang
6.3
Yasaka Saigon Resort Hotel & Spa is located in the heart of Nha Trang right opposite the beach and next to Sheraton Hotel. The rooms are clean, but from early morning on the cleaning staff run through the Hotel and speak loud on there walkie talkies so that it is really hard to sleep after 7 am. The breakfast is huge but only until 9 am - also not so good...

This is really a nice hotel and I enjoy stayed there. But I had been here for business trip so I did not have chance to travel around. The staff is very friendly and the room is neatly and clean. But I do not like the breakfast..as it is quite crowded in the breakfast area. If you travel for a business purpose it might be a good place for you to stay.
