An intimate setting on a beach in Phan Thiet awaits visitors to the Cham Villas Boutique Luxury Resort. This luxury boutique resort boasts 18 villas set amongst 9,000 square meters of tropical gardens. Guests can enjoy Western and Vietnamese food in a restaurant that overlooks the resort’s large open-air swimming pool. Good wine, German cakes and coffee prove to be consistently popular with guests. There is also free Internet access in the restaurant. Phan Thiet is located midway between Nha Trang and Saigon, which is three hours away by car. Come and sunbathe on 60 meters of private beach and enjoy a little tranquility away from it all.
Please note that children below 6 years of age sharing beds with their parents are offered breakfast at no additional cost.
For children between the ages of 6 and below 12 who share beds with their parents, breakfast and compulsory gala dinner (if any) are charged at the resort at a special rate.
- Please note that children under 5 years-old, staying in the same bed with their parents will have no charge. If guest request for an extra bed, there will be charge as usual, (it costs USD 10 per night)
- Children age 6 to 11 years-old, will be charge USD 10 per night with or without extra bed.

From the second we arrived we were awestruck by the location, the beauty of the whole Cham Villas area and the room. The pool was always quiet and was the most beautiful green colour. Staff were 5* also

I enjoyed my stay at the Cham Villa so much! Strongly recommend the Beach Front Villa. Nothing can compare to a quite afternoon on the terrace in the shades with very gentle sea wind blowing in your face. When you're tired of reading, just stare at the sea and take a nap. During the evening when the temperature is nicer, it's 10 meters to get into the water.
The location of the resort is very good! Walking distance to most of the nice restaurants in town. The resorts own restaurant and the German restaurant at the door are both really nice.
The private beach and the beach bar are very great as well.
