Stunning views

gorgeous imaculate rooms no internet just wifi - however cheap net 20 steps next door. This place was such good value for money - I felt like I was at a 5 star resort. No detail was left out - pool sider bar, private beach, spa and rooms with a picture perfect sea view.
Plenty of resturants near by but the hotel resturant is good too. A short taxi ride to the main shops (I say "main," there are about five shops all selling the same stuff - tourist bits)
I wouldnt bother with a tour of the local area - rather just get a taxi for about $2 to the main atractions - the fairy falls and fishing village are worth a look.
The hotel itself was very modern - clean - nice big beach towels and little extras that make it stand out.
Shopping Tip : Its okay to buy a few bits and bobs that you need but most stuff is much cheaper in the city. $2 pedicures are always a nice treat -
And there are two women who stop at the beach front selling shell earings, bangles and so on - this stuff is not sold in the city or the price is much higher and they are great quality for just a few $$$ also they will hand make your requests as you sunbath. Heaven!

The hotel has a view of the sea but the luxurious sea view is not that luxury. it's only a view from far and blocked by the trees. There is ants everywhere in the rooms. Whenever you put any candy or chocolates, there is ants when you come back to the room. They floor is not very clean. The rooms condition is clean but the pillow is not comfortable. The staff is friendly and they have a lot of restaurant and local eating joint in front of the hotel. It is also not too far from the fairy stream and a ride to the sand dunes.
Travel tip : There is a local restaurant in front of the hotel on the right of the hotel. I can't remember the name but they serve good and cheap seafood hot pot.

Helpful staff.
Lovely pool. Plenty of sunbeds.
Nice food and not expensive. Not on the main strip but there are bars and restaurants nearby.
Noisy rooms near the road. A good hotel generally. Breakfast good. There is no gym. Some web sites said it had.
Restaurant Tip : Resaturants x2 directly opposite are very good and very cheap.
For the health conscious only 2 hotels in this resort have a gym. They charge for use. Not cheap either.

Amazing interior and surroundings The beach disappear when flood. This was our first stay at the Dynasty Beach Resort and it pleased us well. Its a good place to relax. Excelent breakfast bufé and a good resturant at location near the beach. Helpful staff. All in all it made a great impresion and we are looking forward to return again.

nice pool.
big rooms with good sea view. the beach was very small and swimming with high tide is not advisable.
40 minutes walk from 'center'.
common areas are dull and there was not too much of a lively atmosphere.
compulsory X-mas dinner was overpriced (we informed hotel manager on this already). It was our 2nd time to Vietnam and to Phan Thiet. We came back for windsurfing and kitesurfing. The hotel is good value for money except for the compulsory X-mas dinner. Restaurant for breakfast is OK but not advisable for lunch or dinner. But there are many alternatives available just around the corner.
Travel tip : In case you book for X-mas time, try to escape from the dinner.

pool, garden, comfortable rooms, enough and good chairs. weak breakfast choice, small beach area. Dynasty Resort is a beautiful arranged small resort with a small garden area which looks like a Japanese Garden with ponds full of fish. The rooms are big enough and our beach view room was only 15 meters away from the beach, so you could go directly to the beach after waking up. The pool is the most beautiful thing in this resort: children pool, whirl pool and normal swimming pool are near to the beach so that you think you are swimming in the ocean. The only weakness is the breakfast, which is very simple but changing dishes every day, the juices seems to be from crystal powder, sometimes seems simply water with nearly no taste,
Restaurant Tip : cheap and good restaurant directly on the opposite side of the street.

Dynasty Beach Resort Phan Thiet ((Hoang Trieu) is Located on Mui Ne Beach,
Beautiful room decorated with oriental furniture.
The public areas were quite nice,
Staff were reasonably warm and helpful.
Restaurant Tip : Seafood restaurants along the beach are great.
Be careful which kitesurfing or windsurfing company you pick

The hotel provides own the van transfer from Ho Chi Minh city to Mui Ne,however, the van is small and if they have enough package customers, there will be no space for walk-in customers.

Sometimes it was difficult to get taxi in this section of Mui Ne Beach to go Phan Thiet city. And there was no entertainment; they were near big hotels in the beginning of Mui Ne Beach area.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice small resort with pool. Cheap No beach, a bit away from happening Nice reception upon arrival. The Dynasty is a nice small resort with a well-tended garden. The rooms are simple but useful. Unfortunately, this is Dynasty something far away from happening and the swimming pool makes a nice little beach mere not really competitive. Anyone who is looking restless and a pool rather than a beautiful beach town is right here.
