Beautiful hotel but terrible service

Our stay here was not what I expected. While the location is wonderful the staff was hardly up to par. Whenever I would try to order anything they either didn't have it or were visibly annoyed by my asking.
The location righ on the beach and the beautiful pool is great, but don't expect anything from the staff.

Great stay but sadly the hotel is very overrun with Russians who take all the best beds. Mui Ne is a holiday hotspot for middle easterns.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I had read other complaints about the breakfast, but we thought it was adequate. There is coffee, tea, baguettes, an egg making station, pho, fruit, and some soups and vegetable dishes. It wasn't huge, but it was fine. Our room was great and my children loved the pool. When the tide was out, we went swimming on the beach. There are little grocery stores and restaurants outside of the hotel, and one night we paid very little to take a taxi down to the main part of Mui Ne which was easy and fun.
