beware of your money, staff will do everything to take it out from your pocket. foods are suck and tasteless. rooms are terrible . toilets are very dirty and smelly. gallons of water leak out from air conditioner & toilet, all staff ignore the problems. check-out time, the hotel charge me extra for the water problem that it was not my false. i had to pay otherwise they won't return my passport. such a bad impression in mui ne.

Worst service I have ever received!!!!

We checked into our hotel late at night after a bus ride into mui ne, had to argue for about half an hour with the security guard who spoke no English to tell him we already payed and to give us our room. Once inside and finally out of the rain, we found the room to be pleasant, air conditioned and spacious. There was a nice flat screen TV with a DVD player and movies, which we later found out didn't work. The decor was nice and the bed was comfortable, but absolutely everything outside of the room was a nightmare. There were 10 people working outside of our paper thin walls very early in the morning, every time we would enter or leave our room they would STARE very rudely. Not the kind of smiling curious stare either.... there is no beach to speak of, the tide comes up to the wall most of the time and If it is low enough to see the sand it is COVERED with the worst smelling trash and everything you can imagine to be filth. TWO of the twenty some staff members that They had working every day could somewhat speak the slightest bit of English and the rest pretended to understand and just nodded And laughed rudely at everything we asked. Once we finally decided to try the restaurant that is highly advertised all around, they did not actually serve half the things we wanted from the menu. So we eventually settled on beef stir fried noodles, and broccoli cauliflower garlic stir fry
When the food came, we received top ramen with strips of beef in it (which cost about 100,000 vnd) and steamed spinach... not at all what I asked for. I even pointed to the picture of broccoli on the menu... not sure how the translation was lost there! This hotel also claims to be somewhat central, but in reality it is probably the worst location possible for a tourist. It's on the stretch if beach between the tourist part of town and the local fishing town, and there is absolutely NOTHING by it. No transportation, no stores, no English.
Restaurant Tip:
Most expensive prices we've encountered for food since we've been in Vietnam for the absolute WORST food we've had since arriving in the country. 10,000vnd street food is 100x better than this horrible restaurant and horrible hotel. Also expect the staff to beg for tips after doing nothing right and nothing that you've asked.
