Located on the best stretch of beach, Mui Ne, the resort is meant for those on a honeymoon or looking for a laid back holiday. Been open for just a few years, the resort has already collected several awards for excellence in service. Exploring the area is easy, and can be done comfortably on a motorcycle or even a bicycle. Visit the Po Shanu Tower, the sand dunes, and the fairy stream. And being on a beach who can forget the numerous water sports on offer, which should definitely be experienced. At the end of the day ofcourse, a trip to the spa will help relive those sore muscles and tired feet. With a range of facilities available at and near the resort, Hai Au Resort & Spa makes for an excellent spot to stay when in Phan Thiet.

The pool area, the room,the beach and the low season which ment that there were very few visitors at the hotel
A bit outside Mui Ne centre
The hotel is located very nicely along the beach.
You will see fisherman at the beach for those of you who has an interest in that. The large pool area is nicely renovated and the garden with a lot of flowers is nice to look at. There were minor construction/repair work going on, but did not interfared with our stay. Breakfirst is of standard type, sometimes added with more asian dishes. The hotel is located outside the main Mui Ne area where you find better restaurants. But it is easy to take the local bus (4000 D)or a taxi.
The friendly staff is very kean to serve you a best they can. Large rooms with an effective aircon

-right on the beach
-quiet not crowded with tourists
-service excellent
-spa treatments were superb~ would recommend the recovery massage, it was just amazing...
-gardens were beautiful
-pool area was clean and surrounded by garden
-have large groups dine in another area from the other tourists as it can get noisy
Hai Au Resort and Spa was truely a relaxing and rejunivating experience. The scenery was beautiful and the staff were efficient to our every need. The resort in right on the beach with comforable chairs to sit while you take in the scenery. The area was quite and tranquil, allowing us to relax and unwind by the beach or the pool. The food was delicious, there was a mix of western and vietnamese choices. The spa was also a treat. We experienced the recovery massage and it was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan a return visit in the coming months.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go down the way from the resort to the sand dunes. An amazing sight!

bed sheet, towels were clean. staff helpful. on peak time (when hotel gets busy) very good buffet breakfast otherwise poor breakfast. private beach. pool. (karaoke, billard not tested dont know if free or not)
poor breakfast on off-peak time (when not many people). bit far from busy areas (businesses).
