stayed for 2 nights over the christmas holiday and was given free upgrade upon check-in. the staff may not speak very fluent english but tries their best to answer all our doubts. the room is fairly clean with minimal decoration. no safe in the room (can approach the front desk instead). breakfast is a simple affair but that doesn't bother us since we were eating throughout the cooking class (see below tips). overall, a value for money hotel with several eateries nearby. do drop by cang bay for seafood dinner!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Pick up some culinary skills at Mui Ne Cooking Class and get to visit the local market as part of the class.

Everything was great and I would definitely stay there again.
Our only issue was when we had our laundry done it was returned to us with a few stains on the whites. They offered to rewash them but we declined.
Besides that small mishap lovely stay.
Serious hot spot for Russian travellers.

NIce Clean Hotel, Shame about the Staff

We enjoyed this hotel with its roof top pool and easy access to the beach for such a great price. The only downside was the staff who just couldn't care less. We had only booked one night originally and wished to book another. At which point the receptionist told us it would be 4x the price we had already paid. When I noted I could get it cheaper on-line he made me book it via an agent and then made us move rooms the next morning. A bit ridiculous as we saw possibly three other guests the entirety of the time we were there.

we tried 4 rooms but did not find one which did not have a bad smell. this was the only negative point but soo important that we would never go again to this hotel.
did not have breakfast. the way to the beach is not that bad as described and it's very close to the hotel. restaurants are nearby. the staff was friendly. internet was not working. room was nice and in the 9. floor deluxe with flat tv otherwise not.

It's located along the strip of town that contains most hotels, although it's about 1 km north of the most popular part of town. It's surrounded by restaurants, shops and services but the nicer shops and services are at least 10 minutes away, walking.
The room was large, clean and relatively comfortable. The room's are stylish, but aren't ugly.
It's not on the beach, but you can walk to the beach from it.

Hotel location isn't that good compare to other hotels along the main road, still far from main area. but still accessible to beach. Rooftop pool is small, but me and my friend enjoyed much when there was only two of us. Bicycle for rental,but we are too short to manage that big bicycle. So we end up taking local public bus. Quiet enough. I think almost every room could have sea view as the side of the hotel wasn't block by other building, so no need to spend much to book for sea view.
Restaurant Tip:
De Ja Vu: mainly western food, nice atmosphere, been there twice, for lunch and night dessert. Live performance by a singer at night, great. The chocolate cake is nice, seafood is good also. Good service. 2minutes walk from hotel, towards right.
Bo ke area seafood "street": take any bus toward left, 9000 vietnam dong. Tell the person collecting money that u want to go there, they will tell u where to alight, and it is along seaside, all with stone chair and table. There is a lot open air restaurant over there, just choose anyone that u like. Should be almost the same in terms of price.but some with more seafood choice. Cheap enough
