Beautiful hotel, poor service

While this hotel has a good potential to become a 5 star resort, the lack of staff training and service-mindedness was the major downside. When we got to the room (while large and clean), the whole floor was wet (not damp, but wet). Shower was weak and hot water didn't work at times. I asked for a bottle opener from the reception at night but he couldn't get it, saying the restaurant was closed but then I had to go down to the closed pool bar and eventually found the bottle opener myself. That was just a few examples. Nice and large room with beautiful view but rather far from the city though.

Nice landscape, nice design, fresh sea food.

The bed, towle were terrible. We saw a cockroach on our bed at night. It made my wife sleepless. The food is good and fresh
