Almost of their cuatomer is vietnamese.
They are little bit noisy, But still it's good.
Their activity support is quite good.
Staff's friendly.

this hotel is not for tourists but for locals

When we arrived we could find no one who could speak English. We were the only guests apart from one French family. Its miles from anywhere, nothing else around, no restaurants, bars, shops and no other facilities nearby except for one other resort hotel. The menu was very limited with little choice but the staff were friendly and we found someone who spoke English. The rooms were ok, plenty of clean towels. The beach was lettered with plastic! lots of it!.
We were not told that some building works were going on, a very noisy pump was operating from early morning till late. I think they were pumping sand into part of the hotel grounds. It didn't make for a relaxing or peaceful rest by the pool. Looks like the work could continue for some time.
The gardens and grounds were attractive and well kept, as were the 2 swimming pool.
I could not recommend this hotel unless you are Vietnamese and content to stay entirely within the grounds. I not stay there again.

Beautiful garden and relaxing surrounding
The hotel is perfect for relaxing and enjoying quiet beach life

it was extremely surprising for us to find such a nice hotel close to phan tiet. not only that the rooms are huge, the bathroom outdoors and unique but also the garden is extremely bloomy and nice. the staff was so helpful and would even repair the whirlpool late at night. we really liked the whole athmosphere and would come back any time with our whole family including kids.
