Excellent and friendly service. Well organised and clean chalets and rooms. Superb food and wines. Close proximity to the beach and beach activities. Superb amentities ( shop , spa , internet)
Electical light bulbs kept fusing in bathroom and outside light of balcony.
From the moment of arrival my girlfriend and I were treated with friendliness and excellent service. The chalet type rooms and the well landscaped gardens leading down to the beach gave an aura of peace and tranquility. Our chalet was literally on the beach and no doubt the best situated of all the chalets. It had magnificent views over the beach and the sea.The bar and general staff were very well trained and attentive , always giving an air of friendliness and willingness to please. The breakfasts were excellent and the buffet had a good selection of fruits and cereals as well as vietnamese noodle soup ! The swimming pool was excellent for kids in particular but clean and enjoyable for all.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Plenty tours but beware of the child "tour agents" who demand money at certain venues like the Sand Dune tour and are not part of the agency you book the tour with. They try to fleece the unsuspecting tourists !

Pool, bar and restaurant set out so it had a personal feel. Very friendly staff. Beautifully maintained gardens.
Fittings i.e. electrical sockets didn't work very well.
We picked The Sailing Club after it was recommended by a friend. We were told it was a little more up market that other resorts in Mui Ne and with my 30th pending we wanted to stay somewhere a little special. The only concern I had, was if it was more up market, would be pretentious. On our arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. We were shown to our room (early which was great as it was so hot) and told of the facilties. We then went to the pool / bar / restaurant area which was set out in such a way that you are on the beach with all the facilities a few steps away from each other. It had a very friendly welcoming feel so any concerns of the place being pretentious were quashed immediately. We sat around for three days sunning ourselves, drinking cocktails and best of all we didn't have to move a muscle. The staff would wait on you, all your needs were catered for and even if you fancied one for the road they would take your cocktail back to your bungalow! All in all the resort was fab, the spa was great, a much needed relaxing break with plently of cocktails. We would definately book The Sailing Club again.
Nightlife Tip : The Wax Bar but go 10am ish when it gets going!

The hotel is located a little outside the central backpacker area so it's quiet and not too crowded on the beach. But not that far away so you can walk for good restaurants in the evenings. The food on the hotel is also excellent. Try the Beef Tenderloin!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you're not too afraid of the traffic, rent a moped at the hotel for $10 a day and drive too the sand dunes! It's a great trip!
