We spent 3 nights from April 30 to May 2 and Everything was fine

just the lack of address and tel from Agoda

We want to underline to you that the bad points are coming from you. When we book and pay on line, with our hotel voucher, we did not receive any good direction. The hotel is not in Phan Thiet as said in the address and we have no phone number to ask them. So we get lost and we spent 2 hours to find our way !

The location is wonderful to relax. Every one at the resort was very friendly and willing to assist. The room was great with 5 stars facilities. Breakfast selection was very delightful with variety of selections.

Minor issues with room air conditioning. The air conditioner have loud noise. Villa 9B was the room. There should be more variety of water sports for family to enjoy

Even though the staff members were friendly, the english level need to improve a bit more. I know there are challenges with finding good trained english speaking staff, the level at the front line employees need to be more english speaking staff. There is another issue with variety of food selection during the day, since the resort is out of the way, there are really no way to get to outside restaurants. In this case, there should be a better way to find local restaurants. Maybe running a shuttle to near by restaurants or attraction.

Nightlife Tip : Not much to do during the evening. May want to consider to run a shuttle bus to near by attraction or restaurants.

friendly, very clean, the staff looked for all you wanted.

None

we had nice 5 days after the noisy days in Saigon so we could relax very well. The beach was clean, the pool was o.k., the were enough umbrellas and sunbeds, so you had not to hurry in the morning. We enjoyed our holiday and left a little bit sadly. The highlight was a trip by bicycle to the near villages. With one word: wonderful.
