Good service in general. Outdoor shower was a plus. Beach is good for looking only, not for swimming as it is rocky and dangerous if the wave is strong. Good location, quiet, 5min to golf course, 5 min to the best seafood restaurant of Muine.
Restaurant Tip:
Cay Bang is the best fresh seafood place in Phan thiet and is only 5min walking distance. Price is fixed counting per kg and no cooking fee.

it is a very wonderful experience to stay beach front bungalow .staff are nice, professional and helpful. breakfast has variety of choice and delicious. the hotel has got two swimming pools, suggest to go the infinity for amazing sea view.restaurant serves nice dish (though a bit high, but very reasonable compare with restaurant in beach centre) .
though one drawback is the "beach" of this resort is actually a rocky seafront, not able to swim in it.

Wonderful hotel, catered well to families.
Infinity pool, kids club, sweet staff, outside hot shower!!

A long journey (4-5 hours) from the airport BUT made very comfortable in the hotel bus with pillows, food and drink.
Worth noting that the family bungalow incurs additional charge if you intend to use the sofa bed - for your family. The hotel wanted to charge an additional amount. The family rooms also have stone steps between the 2 sleeping areas. This was a problem (with kids aged 3 and 4) and would be completely unsuitable for toddlers.
Otherwise the hotel was fab in every way. 2 gorgeous pools both with shallow areas. Amazing kids club which is free and has very sweet helpful staff. Our children loved going there for a couple of hours each day.
The beach is great for shell collecting!
Shopping Tip:
Not much haggling in any of the shops :-(

Good 4 star hotel with rocky beach

We were very pleased with our stay at beach front bungalow at this four star hotel in Muine. Bungalow was huge and nicely decorated. Hotel staff come twice a day to make up the rooms. Breakfast is both of good choice and delicious. The hotel has got two nice swimming pools and charming spa facilities by the beach which we both enjoyed. However, prices for dinner in restaurant is very high, although choice in menu is reasonable and dishes served in a very pleasant manner. Also, Victoria Phan Thiet has got no beach at the moment, but only rocky bay, but we freely enjoyed the nearby hotels white sand beach. Overall rate is very satisfactory, and recommended!

amazing resort
nice experience in the beach front bangalow

the location is a bit far away from the central part, however, it's quiet on the other hand. it's about 5 min to the central part if you rent a scooter, or you can also borrow a free bicycle from the hotel. the garden view is perfect. the private beach is disappointing, or actually it cannot be called a "beach". enjoyed a lot at the "infinity pool", which from my view is the best part among all.

Stunning rooms!!!!
The room was the highlight but all round we were impressed

after our long bus trip we were pleasantly surprised by this lovely hotel. be wary that the sea view room is not beach front but you can see the sea. the outdoor shower, private balcony and big bed were awesome. the facilities were great, pool, gym etc. well equipped.
Restaurant Tip:
Do some research on where to eat because good quality traditional Vietnamese food was hard to find I. Mui ne.

Wonderful, luxury resort and super friendly staff

The resort was wonderful and I would definitely recommend a stay if you wants some luxury and peace and quiet. You can walk to the main area of shops and restaurants if you want to get out and taxis are cheap.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Go for a bungalow with the outdoor shower, such a treat and a real experience!

Overpriced, no private beach

We were disappointed with this hotel. There is no beach to speak of due to erosion. Also because we were traveling during the off season the sauna's were not on the jacuzzi was cold.

really nice memory

It locates in the middle of miu ne and phan thiet. Really nice resort with many flowers. The most exciting point is, every villa has a private garden where you can take a outside shower, it's amazing!!!!! The sea there is so so, better swim in its famous best swimming pool, 1.3m-1.9m deepth.
Easy to get taxi to the main street with many "guiri" restaurantes about 2.5-3usd. There we found a best nice taxi driver, who speaks really good english, named Kam, always take us to the local place very very cheap for the seafood and anything we've never tried before...we stayed there 4 days and always eat too much...haha but very very happy! Believe me, call him to take u around , you can't miss it!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
we've taken 5 hours to white dunes and red dunes, and a road we walked in the low low red river...i didn't know what it calls....very nice and worth to be there if you visit phan thiet! by taxi with air-condition is more expensive than by open jeep with continued winds and sands...in the white dunes you can't miss the motocycle,,,you have to rent one it's so exciting!!! a boy there teach you and really have very good tecnica! ...but the boys in the red dunes are a little bit...jeje.

Very secluded lovely resort

1. excellent security (guards are patrolling on the beach the whole day and night, making you feel safe)
2. very good breakfast spread
3. private beach
4. lovely infinity pool
cons:
1. need to take a cab to the restaurants and massage palours in mui ne (but cheap, about usd2)
