Perfect getaway place.
Peaceful, close to the nature, beach

Everything was perfect in this resort. We had our own house, bungalow, and to spend there the nights was a really adventure. To be so close to the nature is so unique that after a few days it was awful to go back to the city. Food is really delicious in the restaurant, but I think it's overpriced. But 15 minutes walk and you can find an another restaurant. The beach is really clean and good to relax there. Easy to rent a scooter, just 10 $ for a day.

Mango Bay Resort was a fantastic place to stay. The room were great with a loevly view of the ocean from the loungers just outside the room. The beach was only a few minutes walk away. The food at the bar/ restuarants was great. We ate at both of them and both were fantastic. The staff were very helpful in areas of the resort. The bus into the town was good albeit on the day we wanted to go the times were not that frequent but we just got a taxi back which was not that expensive. The rooms were great with a lovely open bathroom. The only slight negative was the room got warm during the night with the fans as there was no air con. We were aware of this before we went and it didnt spoil anything but just something to be aware of. We probably should have opened the the shutters but only thought of that in the morning when it was too late. The room is large and very clean with the bed being really comfy. The loungers outside our room on the verander were just fantastic for relaxing and watching the sun go down.
There is a free shuttle from the airport which is good. Our stay could not be faulted. I would recommend to anyone and would stay again if we went to Phu Quoc again.

Don't like nature? don't stay here!

In a word nice. I'd recommend it to most, but I wouldn't recommed it if you don't like nature. Lots of bugs and creepy crawlies, but I don't mind so it was great!

We had a nice stay, very short ( 1 night) . The resort has many inconvenient issues, from the location of the reception area, the access to any transportation venues, the inefficient choice for luggage handling...For the sake of preserving the environment, a couple of golf carts could be useful for luggage transfer or other deliveries.
The lack of some in room amenities such as a hair dryer, a phone for basic communication would make our stay more pleasant . The safe deposit box is so ancient!.

If you want to travel to Phuo Quoc Mango Bay is a great place to stay. Its worth the money and the effort to get there. Very firendly staff - and they know what they are doing. Everything is well organized. Kick back and relax:-)

Stunning resort in lovely location.
Friendly and first-class staff. Beautiful beaches either side of resort. Very good restaurant.

Beautiful resort in very quiet location. Everything perfect except for the rooms. No air-con so despite 2 fans which were very noisy , it was very humid and difficult to sleep. Wasn't very happy with the very large spiders, geckos,hornets,frogs , mossies and biting ants that frequently put in an appearance. If only the room was enclosed with wire mesh to keep out the wildlife. However, all other aspects of the resort were wonderful and we had a great time.
