The hotel is very nicely laid out, great restaurants and good food. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is great if you stay in the resort. There's not a lot to the town and the poverty on the island is quite stark. We had a great stay here. The staff were wonderful and the facilities were excellent. Food was lovely and the view from the room was great. There are excursions that you can take from the hotel and the other beaches on the island are great to visit. We stayed here for 10 days and went to Saigon for 4- we could have spent less time in Phu Quoc since there's so little to do. Enjoy yourselves there.
