The shower was over a bath and it creaked when you stepped in. There was no shower rail so water went everywhere, the bath was a 1/2cm from the wall so water ran down the side. It all seems like a cheap build The reception staff sple very average English and weren't friendly on check in. There were no towels available for use by the pool. Which was just bizarre The pool was good, and the hotel is right on the beach. There's a few massage chairs outside on the beach and you can get all sorts of treatments. The bar was fine and breakfast too

Couples United Kingdom, April 06, 2013	nice clean resort right on the beach comfort,cleanliness, and food was 7.3 We decided that we would give ourselves a little bit of luxury for a few days, im glad we chose the Thien Thanh resort, it had everything we hoped it would, right on the beach, comfortable, clean room with bath, good food and a good location.It says they have a shuttle bus that picks you up from the airport, no one was there for us we got a taxi that cost us 200, ,000 vnd, very disappointing. Also the spa thats advertised, the ladies come round when your lying by the pool looking at your body and say that you need this done, when you ask how much it sounds cheap enough,when you agree, then they end up giving you another treatment that you never asked for. I had a face massage it was 80,000vnd. By the time she'd finished it turned out I owed her 730,000vnd. So be aware. Also there was no pick up from the airport very disappointed
